Catherine Chase aka Cady, is the Occupational Therapist who treated my lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) for 2+ months. Thanks to her my pain was reduced and felt stronger. I'm also more knowledgeable in stretches and injury prevention. All my expectations and goals were satisfied. Keep her as long as possible. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Benchmark. Cole made the experience of trying to heal an enjoyable one. If I was having a bad day, coming there made me feel better because of all the jokes and laughter everyone shared amongst each other. I love the open atmosphere, which made it feel like home. Steven was very knowledgeable and funny. The front desk staff was never rude to me and very friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for physical therapy. They were Top notch!

Steve, amongst other things and for lack of proper wording adjusted my lower back. I'll just say it...Magic Hands! ? Seriously though I left my first visit feeling much better than when I arrived. Thank you Steve.

I can not be more happier with the results from such inspirational and enthusiastic team. FIRST TIME RECEIVING PHYSICAL THERAPY EVER!! They honestly value and devote time and hands on training with their patients… anytime I have step in I was ALWAYS greeted by staff. I Love Love the PT trainers Steve and Cole. Hands down any staff member works closely with the pain and discomfort and makes it their business to get you back better! :)

Just started Therapy here. The facility is smaller than others I have been too but allows for fewer clients at one time and makes for better personalized visits. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were very engaging and not dispassionate toward our session. I brought a book of exercises with me to see if anything in it would be good for me. Instead of blowing off the book and letting me guess what exercises to pick the therapist looked through the book and said that the book was an excellent reference book but at this point we needed to do baby steps and work up to these exercises. To me this shows how much they care. I actually look forward toward my next session.

BenchMark Physical Therapy of Jacksonville, Nc is an Outstanding practice. I have had X3 R Knee Reconstructions, a recent Knee Replacement, & minor surgeries. Steve & his Staff went above & beyond any other PT I've ever been at. If he was unable to get my knee to do something he would research or consult others for ideas to aid my knee in its recovery. I may not get more than 90° flexibility, but I can walk, garden, & play with my grandkids. This is all that I asked for and they helped make my dream come true. Thanks from my heart ❤️! XO
