I highly recommend Barnes!! When my husband and i walked in, we were instantly greeted with open arms!! I can’t begin to say how thankful i am. My ring was originally a size 7 and they were able to size it down to a 4 and a half!! With absolutely no problems!! Definitely found my favorite jeweler in jacksonville!!

Great family-owned jewelry store. Went in looking for a specific chain and they were able to have one ordered for me. Also wanted a custom piece done, they were willing to help me make an informed decision then I gave them the specifications and it came out exactly as I pictured. He did absolutely amazing! I first went to Another jeweler and they were trying to charge me 160 for a sizing down and told me it’d be done by the end of the week and gave me a date. They kept pushing it back and finally gave me an official day for 3 weeks later (which is crazy but I really needed it sized). The day it was supposed to be ready I called and they said they’d meant to call me and that there’s a possibility my diamonds could pop out cause of they being wrapped around half way and I’d have to pay for that to be fixed if it happened. I got frustrated and just came and picked it up inunready and took it straight to this place. They said the latest it would be ready would be the following Friday which was still less then the time the other place had it. He only had it for a day and a half! Called and said it was ready and it looks so good! You can’t tell anything was cut and my diamonds stayed intact! It was so fast and efficient and almost half the price the other place was going to charge me. I won’t go to any other jewelers now!
