“Second time buying a bike here, and somehow had an even better time. Originally picked up a 500 from Matt (loved the bike) but I recently came back and worked with Pizer and got my zx10r. Service was great, was only walking around for a minute before he came to help. I told him I wanted to upgrade and he showed me both bikes I was interested in and helped me make my decision based on all the aspects I was thinking about. Glad I live close by, this dealership can hook you up with your dream bike and they can get you an unbeatable deal! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new bike”

“Contacted Cathy at Modern Tire. Shared my concerns for my Corvette and reviews of other facilities. Cathy was very welcoming to have me stop by and observe their clean and organized operation. My biggest concern was how are you putting my vette in the air. She escorted me to an unattached building where alignments were done. Here I also found custom Rods that require pride and professional service. So when I mentioned of not know my schedule and free time Cathy suggest to call when you're free. I did and she said "bring it right on in". 3 hours later I was able to go getmy ride to find it well takin care of. Thank you Cathy!”

“Had to get a head bolt extracted from my block after breaking it and the bit we were using to drill it out. They don’t have many mechanics so it took about a month to get my vehicle back but they were able to remove it and save the threads we hadn’t bit through yet. We have enough threads to put a new head bolt in without having to heli coil. I had great service every time I called, went in, and for the work they did. Overall, great place to go for any mechanical needs. Don’t go if you need something done quick, as I said before there aren’t many mechanics so they can’t get to it very quick at times.”
“This was my first time here and thankfully I just needed a tire patch. The owner greeted me and asked what I was in need of. He offered to do it complimentary for this being my first visit here. He is a privately owned shop and all of his staff have been very helpful ? I will be using this shop again in the future. They do inspections here as well. Very quick! Come early ?”

“To Mr. Norris Willis and his awesome team, I say: Impeccable service, extreme detailed quality, dependable, fair price, honest, forthright, and TRUEST TO A MAN WHO DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE’S GONNA DO! We have 2008 Chrysler Town and Country handicap conversion minivan that my wife uses as a daily driver and for our handicap son for wheelchair ramp access. I had noticed an engine oil leak last year, however, in the last 3 months it had gotten worse and worse. Looking at the engine especially underneath was a nasty dirty oily mess. After adding top off oil to keep it up on the dipstick a few times, the leak did was leaks do best; they get worse! The thought of that engine locking up from leaking too much oil while my wife and son would be out using it was a nightmare. Mr. Norris and his awesome team took it in, he cleaned the engine to see exactly where the leaks where coming from and then informed me of what was needed and how much cost. Oil pan gasket, front main seal, and informed me the rear brakes needed to be done. I was all in and thankfully agreed to please have it all done. He called to inform me that it was done. We went to the shop and he walked out with me open it up and look it over. I can’t tell you how much of a sense of overwhelming relief came over me to look at a clean, dry engine and see a brand-new quality oil pan gasket underneath. I was so happy and relieved when I got home, I had to open it up and just stare at it again because I know what kind of mess was under that hood prior to Willis Automotive Custom Repair put their amazing hands on it.
I can tell you from experience that you are not going to get this quality of trustworthy automotive service anywhere else. And if you think a dealer service department is going to treat you or do better, you better think again, unless you like getting ripped off. To that point, prior to me leaving his shop, I was already asking about getting another job done on my truck.

“I had previously taken my CRV to another shop in the area that told me my lug nut was too tight and would shear off if they attempted to remove it. The other shop told me to take my car to a dealership.
I then brought my CRV to C-Side for a tire rotation and inspection. C-Side was able to remove the lug nut, replace a stud, and rotate all tires without me having to visit a dealership. They are a very transparent and knowledgeable auto shop (one of the best in Jacksonville). Because of their honesty and great work, I will continue to take my car here for service.”
