I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was at this location today (11/3/23) around 12:30 for a carwash. I got home to find numerous scratches along the passenger side And drivers side of my BLACK truck. Fairly significant paint damage. When I called them the manager on duty was very short with me and became defensive saying there is nothing in the wash that would have cause it. She further advised IF she had time she would look at the cameras later today. NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION!! You guys will be hearing from my attorney!

Bought a new car today & Auto Brite was the first thing that came in my mind! Went and got the Full Package and they did an amazing job!

Terrible job today. Got the no. 1 special. Hardly no vacuuming done. Floors and mats were still dirty with food and hair. Grease on outside back panels. Did not vacuum the seats. We work hard for our money just like they do, so do a good job where your proud of your work . Today was not that day. When called to complain. Management informed me they don't vacuum seats are under seats or raise middle console and vacuum. They will vacuum seats for extras 10$. I already paid 48.00 and that's no air freshner. So you pay for just a wash. Bad business. Will go elsewhere.

Paid for the #1 cleaning that runs about $45. The person who did the actual cleaning of my truck did a good job but it was whom ever did the vacuuming did a really crappy job. There was dirt around the passenger front seat and the dog hair and sand in the back. With the cost of services I expected a good job. Not going back again. I can do a better job for about a quarter of what they charged.

The rudest worker I have ever come across and at the end found out she's a manager! I would never let someone like that represent my company.. Don't go here. Not worth the price

I usually come here for years , but it has changed a bit lately. Today I brought my car in to be washed inside and out . Only four people are working here today and that includes the cashier. This happened last time too but I thought it was a fluke. I can tell i will be here awhile today. This is a poor management issue . After over 20 years coming here I will try the newer car wash in town next time .

Lousy job, 6 workers including the cashier. Long wait. while car was running waiting to be dry. I will NOT be returning after over a decade of being a loyal customer.

I'm sure their other services are nice, but if ur riding around on a Sunday needing an oil change like me, they don't do them anymore lol the guy that I asked about it was very nice though.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. Thorough, polite and meticulous in ensuring the vehicle is above standard when returned to you. This is not a fifteen minute job - they take their time and do a great job. Corey worked on my F-150 and is outstanding! Went back over my truck on his own and re-vacuumed spots he found inside before turning vehicle back over to me. Lots of car washes in Jacksonville bit none better than these guys.

I've been here before prior to 2007. Today, a young Marine loan me his truck for the week due to hertz rental car BS. In returned I bought him new tires and had his truck washed. The young girl took her time and did an excellent work. Thank you.

Literally been waiting here for 1hour just to get a f****** car wash the workers work to f****** slow here it is uncalled for I have never in my life waited this long for a f****** car wash like I'm a Buisness person have no time for this nonsense no tip for slow service

I'm so upset, I have NEVER had an ant problem in my car and yesterday I took my car here to get a basic clean inside and out and now I keep seeing ants crawl here and there. Idk if they need to clean out their vacuums or what but that's definitely not okay. Plus there was small white crumbs like sand or salt left all over my dash that wasn't there in the first place. Don't waste your money here
