I regretted spending 45$ on a tempered glass screen protector for a replaced iPhone 14. That is until I did a hard drop onto the graveled parking lot that completely obliterated the covering. The screensaver is guaranteed for life and I went to AT&T #200 in beside IHop for a replacement. I had the pleasure of meeting and being taken care of by Ciara who wasn't as shocked as I was when she peeled the protector off and below it was a pristine screen, not a scratch or hole. Ms. Ciara was kind, professional, and very engaging. I found myself chatting away with her and before I realized it, she had my replacement on the phone with a $10 charge for applying the protector, I had a brand new screen! Ciara deserved a nice compliment and when I took my granddaughter in two days later, Ciara wasn't there but Byron and Melissa were also a great team to work with! All three AT&T were excellent representatives of your organization!

This store and company scammed me out of over 20 hours of my life...let me explain.(Tl;Dr they scam me out of $110 bucks I went to Boost Mobile instead, I'd suggest them, no I don't get paid for this)The pudgy guy here with the beard, I think his name was Shawn, a couple months ago he signed me up for tons of things I did not ask for or want to pay for and I "couldn't" see it until after I signed the contract. My own stupid fault for trusting this joker!All in all they signed me up for $300 a month in phone bills! This is not an exaggeration. Wouldn't tell me the prices of things, and was told that I couldn't see any of that stuff until I was signed up.I was told that I could cancel and return the equipment if I was unsatisfied, but just to sign up no harm no foul right ?Well they charge 55 dollars per device for a "restocking fee", because it's so hard to type into a computer they have one more of a device right?Well I spent a total of 12 or 13 hours over the course of a week talking to AT&T customer service at their central office trying to have someone fix my problem. I was told they would refund me the $110 in restocking fees.The check never came. Weeks go by and it never comes. I call them back, they have no record of it ever happening even when I give them my case number. "I don't know why you were told we would do that we never do that sir". They claim it has to be approved by and come from the general manager of the store. So I go into the store for the third time now, 30 minutes from my house mind you, to be refunded my money and obviously she tells me she isn't allowed to do that, I have to get approval from the central office.What a ridiculous scam! Scamming a one-income family with two children under two years driving a 20 year old hand-me-down van when I bust my tail working 50+hours a week on base!Between the money and time I took trying to fix this it cost me over 20 hours of my life.Don't trust them. Boost mobile has been very good to us, nothing hidden and I get great signal this far all over eastern NC. And no they aren't paying me to say this or something, just want to help out anyone who sees this go where they should go around here.

Great experience getting a new phone today! Thank you to Shawn who totally took care of me with great suggestions, good eye with color schemes for case and wallet pocket, AND! Even saved me money on my monthly bill by making sure I had all the discounts for military service! I will most assuredly use this store as my go to store. Thank you Shawn!

Staff is really nice. but terribly unhelpful. I mean EVERY PROBLEM IVE EVER HAD and brought here I've somehow left worse off with random additional charges I didn't have before. Unless you want to buy a Iphone, Galaxy, or Google Pixel, they are COMPLETELY WORTHLESS, very nice people, and they try to help. But oh my God, WORTHLESS.

Crystal and Melissa are amazing! They helped me and my husband find the perfect phone, watch, and iPad while also letting us know of any sales or money off opportunities. Even though there are others closer to my house, I will always go to this AT&T just for them!

We had 3 terrible experiences calling at&t trying to fix our account. They kept changing our plans and then locked us out of our account. We were about to switch to another carrier, when we talked to Crystal at this store. She saved us a 45 minute driveand expertly handled our account over the phone.

Shawn/Sean was absolutely incredible to work with. The other worker was such a pleasant person to speak with and joke with while she wasn’t busy but i didn’t catch her name. We’ve used this specific location for the last 10 years but Shawn was the best worker we’ve encountered and is an absolute asset to this company. He’s made my family want to continue using AT&T and he and others made it an extremely welcoming experience. Cant wait for the next upgrade and have big hopes in knowing I can count on them if I have any problems occur. Appreciate the abundance of help, laughs, and great customer service. 10/10

Shawn & Daniel were so awesome!!! They had me in and out with my upgrade, the process was soooo smooth and so easy. I actual live in Wilmington but if I ever needed anything I will make the drive just to see them. Thank you both so much!!
