Loved that I could stay with my dog during the exam. Dr. was good with her and explained everything she needed. Was able to get medication right away and she is 100% better already. We will be back.

Love the Animal Hospital, small Hospital feeling and is never crowded or long waits. The Doctor was very nice and personable and gave helpful information regarding my Triggers needs.

This used to be an absolutely fantastic establishment with very caring doctors and staff. All that changed the second they aquired new ownership. My dog had been apoquel for years and they wouldnt let me fill a prescription without paying them for a new lab and blood panel when my dog had extensive surgery just months before at the same location where we paid for every lab under the sun. Unreasonable and heartless highway robbers and extortionists. 0/10 would never recommend.

We took our dogs in for a persistent cough, the doctor gave them shots and pills which have seemed to work ok so far. The cough is better but we will see. The current vet is retiring at the end of the month and I hope the new vet is also good, we'll see. It's not cheap but compared to other vets in the area seems to be comparable. I took one of my dogs in a couple of days later for a follow up and they were nice enough not to charge me a second office visit. Let's see how the new vet does next month.

I went in with what I felt was an emergency! They couldn’t have been any kinder, professional and caring for what I was worrying about! I will always use Dr. Altman and his fantastic crew.

Have taken my pets there off and on over the years. Even when Dr. Glass was the veterinarian. Best place in my experience.

I have been using this place for a few years now and never had any problems with them before but my recent interaction with them has me going somewhere else. I made an appointment to have a cyst removed from my dogs leg. I showed up early and sat in the waiting room. I waited for over an hour and a half and almost got skipped over by someone who showed up an hour after me. Luckily the front receptionist intervened and let them know I was there first. So finally after speaking to the surgeon she said she wanted to do some labs to see if the cyst was cancerous. I agreed and she did the tests. I was told I would receive a call in a couple of days for the results and they never did. I called a few days later to see what was going on and fortunately the surgeon was there and I spoke to her and she told me the tests came back inconclusive as to if the cyst was cancerous or not and also that she wasn’t comfortable doing the surgery due to the location of the cyst. Fair enough. But why did I get charged $500 for a test that came back inconclusive??? I paid for basically nothing. Total waste of time. I took my dog to Academy on Western the next day and they waited an hour as a walk in and got an appointment to do the surgery next week. Very disappointed. I’m not saying their service should have been free but $500 for nothing??
