Allen’s Automotive is a fantastic place to have your car service done. Moved here three years ago and just recently started using them. I feel like they go overboard in trying to help.

Made it obvious that their mission is to rip you off!! Lady at the front desk is rude and condescending. You can do better by going somewhere else. And I want to make it clear that I did not spin any rocks on the premise after being told to go somewhere else. The van is what I use to commute my 4 children. Yes, you took advantage of me last time as well because the van needed fixing quickly. You should look in the mirror. I even proved the overcharge to you. Your a joke. Do better.

Allen, his wife and crew are awesome. Not only did Allen go out his way to help me in a time of need, but his wife also made time in their schedule to squeeze me in. And if you still aren’t convinced, they had more than ample Chances to take advantage and over charge me but they didn’t. They even gave me their honest opinion and referred me to people that specialized in the things I needed. Thank you !

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this establishment! I’m so grateful to the coworker who recommended this place to me a few years ago. I’ve always received excellent service and never have to question the honesty and integrity of Allen and Tina! When they explain the repairs needed to my vehicle they are patient and thorough. I feel as if they treat me with the respect they would show to a family member or close friend. Being an older, single female, feeling that trust is priceless! I recommend this business to anyone looking for honest, fair and professional repairs to their vehicle!

I have never had a negative experience at Allen's. Tina keeps the front office running like a fine oiled machine. Allen, and the guys in back are awesome. They are my go-to place for vehicle maintenance & repair. Give them a call, you won't regret it. Tell them Melva sent you.

First time I have used this place and I will absolutely be a return customer. Treated my vehicle like it was one of their own. Extremely friendly on the phone and in person. When I asked for advice, they gave advice and actually focused on me instead of like most shops that focused on getting my vehicle back for more money, they focused on what I could do to keep my vehicle running and looking like new. A friend recommended this place and I will now be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Allens done amazing work on my vehicle had him replace my alternator and main ground wire. Returned with some more work for them to do today. Tina always has a nice welcoming attitude let's you know what's going on with your vehicle and gets straight to the point with everything. You can leave your vehicle in there hands knowing your getting the job done right.

Excellent service and great communication. I was referred here for a replacementof a part that failed under warranty that was done out of state. I was leaving the next day for vacation so When I called and explained, they were super nice and accommodating as my schedule was very hectic! They took care of everything while I was on vacation and called me to let me know my car was ready when I came back. Highly recommend!! Will be using them in the future when I'm in the area. Affordable and reliable work!

Allen's has been entrusted with vehicles in my family for years. I decided to take my car into Allen's for a 2nd opinion after the dealership gave me a list of issues that needed to be done totaling almost $7000.00.Allen's, as always, was honest and let me know the only thing I needed was an alignment, saving me THOUSANDS of dollars!This is where I will be talking my car for all mechanical needs moving forward, even though we do live over an hour away... Allen's honesty, integrity and reasonable pricing is well worth the drive!Thank you thank you!
