Real bad shop I left my pickup due to a problem with an air hose and it came out with electromechanical problems. They do not follow up with the costumers. Bad experience. The pickup came out worse than it was.

I was in the waiting room with someone earlier today around 4ish to get my inspection done, and while we were chatting one of the workers came out and started questioning the other guy waiting in the room with me. Very disrespectful, then after he got his answers he yells and cusses the guy out then leaves the room. Then I asked the guy if he knew the worker, and he said no. Then later to get the guys attention the worker banged on the window and told the guy to get outside to talk about his car. I couldn’t hear what was said but the worker was yelling a lot. The guy had to leave without his inspection. Not a way to treat a customer.

Terrible terrible place. I took my mustang here for a safety inspection. While I was sitting down an owner came to me and very rudely asked me “who sent you here?”
I was taken back by him having such an attitude especially around everyone else. After I told him who sent me and what I was there for he let out a huge f bomb and left the waiting room. After he left the other customers asked me if I knew him and why he thought it was okay to talk to me like that. After that he snapped for me to come into the bay and while in there he showed so much aggression towards me that I just said you know what I gotta go. Work shop I’ve experienced in my live.

Hidden gem, super friendly and honest owner, safety inspections are quick and any other services are honest. I have serviced three of my cars here so far and every time they remember and ask how my children and family are doing.

Amazing hidden gem I found in a long time that cares for their customers. Last week when I was getting the run around because I have tint on my vehicle. Not only did that get me in when I walked in the door. But they put me at ease when it came down to my inspection being stress-free. Would highly recommend it. Very family-oriented.

This is the only mechanic shop I go to. They are always helpful, nice, and polite. Rates are good, and they don't try to rip the customer off.

Stopped in twice for a state inspection, they were too "busy" asked if I could make an appointment they said "first come first serve" so asked what time they would be in on Monday they said 10AM so I arrived at around 9:40, first one there, at around 10ish Fred took me right in. After starting the inspection, Fred came out and asked if the car had a muffler, I replied "yes as far as I know as it is my sons Mustang and he is on deployment on a ship". Fred knelt down and checking under the car, but did not lift it. He said "nope on muffler automatic fail". The vehicle has passed inspection since we lived here 2017, I even showed him the last inspection report. I only went to this station as James recommended them to me. I left attempting to reach my son. Finally, learned that the car has Magnaflow Stainless Steel after market cat back (with muffler). I took around 10+ photos which clearly indicate a muffler and googled for more information. I called the shop and of course Fred answered and didn't care, saying I can make a bad review and to take the vehicle elsewhere. He never offered for me to come back and made no other efforts at good customer service. I did ask for the owner or manager - Bernard, but Fred had no idea when he would be available. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
