Very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and then delivered the trailer to my daughter. Never a time when Jim didn't answer my calls and spend as much time as needed speaking with me. These are great people. Excellent service and fast. Trailer was ready when I arrived. Make some time in your travel to check out their animals. Beautiful place. Update we were at the Carolina Equine Center in Aiken SC picking up our horse who just had surgery the day before and nothing but 4 Star trailers are pulling in to drop off are pickup horses a total of 4 while we were there and they all came from LA Trailers and 1 of them was from Maine. That would never happen again.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a 4 star horse trailer from Jim and Linda of LA Trailer Sales. We appreciated that the inventory on the website was accurate and trailers said “on order” if they were not on his lot (I found many other dealers listed trailers they didn’t actually have in stock). We considered several different trailers and needed a few days to think things over. Jim was patient with us and picked up immediately every time we called with questions. When we finally decided on a trailer, delivery was smooth–Linda had all paperwork ready for us upon arrival and the trailer was clean and pulled around front. Jim made sure everything was working properly and helped us get hitched up to go. The quality of the trailer itself was evident on its maiden voyage home through the pouring rain. Despite the wet and windy conditions , the trailer stayed steady, sticking with the truck like glue with no sway or rattle. It was the safest feeling trailer we have ever towed and I feel comfortable putting my horse in it. We highly recommend LA Trailer and 4 star.

LA Trailer Sales went above and beyond my expectations when I bought my 2021 4 Star Gooseneck 2 horse Straight Load Trailer, including advising me on which trailer ball hitch (Turnoverball gooseneck hitch) I needed to be installed in the back bed of my truck. He answered every question I had immediately. When I picked up the trailer Jim went over all of the features with me and Linda was very professional and efficient in completing the paperwork for the sale. The trailer was freshly washed when I arrived to purchase it. This was my first time buying a horse trailer. Jim and Linda, as well as the rest of their staff, were phenomenal in both customer service and the quality of the job they performed. I highly recommend LA Trailer Sales.

Great selection and the best service you can ask for, they have really taken care of me, I had 2 gooseneck balls put in ( B&W ) in 2 different trucks. I have purchased or traded so far 4 trailer's, 100% satisfaction every time.

Jim sold a trailer out from under me after I spent time and money flying into Charlotte to see the used trailer. I was communicating with him about buying the trailer and he waited 5 days to get back to me about a flooring issue the trailer had and told me he sold it. I would stay away from ever doing business with him.
