“I bought complete suspension kit for my 1967 Chevelle. I tried to install rear sway bar it wouldn’t fit. I called and talked to TC very nice guy he said it probably was boxed wrong they sent me a new one no charge. That one didn’t fit either after we talked about it he had figured out that I had the control arm on backwards it was my mistake and he said don’t worry about it. “Great GAS TANK refurbishing job! My Jeep’s aftermarket heavy gauge steel gas tank has rust on the inside walls. Rex removed the rust and coated the inside so that the rust won’t return. He also applied an extra durable exterior paint. I’m totally pleased!”
“I had looked for months for a Jeep truck. I had called local and looked at having a vehicle shipped. I was ready to buy by the time I called the dealership. Katrina showed discernment and realized that urgency to purchase. Hence, Katrina perused getting the information for me and almost immediately I had my requested info. Because of her readiness and professionalism in communication, we made the 3 hour drive and bought the vehicle by 6 pm that evening. Katrina is a beautiful person inside and out.
When I got there, Marcus my sales person and the finance manager, Jose, were amazing as well. They actually sold the Jeep for what it was listed online. No hidden fees like the local dealership, Hannah Imports of Raleigh had, and the out of state dealerships I had called. The Jeep was the model listed, not like the surprise I got from an import dealership, Best Cars Of Georgia. When they sent over paperwork for me to sign, model did not match the online listing. The model was lower than the model listed and I only realized close to point of purchase when dealing with them. No astronomical dealership fees here at Abernethy. The paperwork was as easy as possible at Abernathy. 20 minutes and that was because I was so sceptical and cautous. They truly work as a team to be fair, honest and professional. The one downside was not having my plates before temps expired. That stressed could have been prevented I believ, as we went and got our temp state licenses within a week and sent immediately.”
“I have recently been sick and not able to drive my 1996 Oldsmobile to the point where I had to jump it off. I stopped by the store close to home in Denver, NC. The manager came out to check it out and found a good bit of corrosion. He cleaned the terminal ends and made sure the connection was good.I am retired from the retail industry and wanted to point out the great customer service I receive every time I go into this store. Too many times you hear the bad and very few good. If I was still in retail management, I would try and steal this manager for one of my stores!It's refreshing to finally see that the art of customer service here has not degenerated into the "care less attitude!"”

“I have known Eddys Auto parts since 1979, my Dad always bought parts from Eddys, Eddys has the best customer service, and quality parts for any vehicle, my dad had bought a complete Rebuild kit for a 6.6 liter Ford 1975 400 big block, that engine outlasted the car, until we sold the engine in 1999, I would not buy any engine parts from anywhere else, I highly recommend Eddys due to him and his highly trained dedicated staff to get you the right parts, I can't say anything negative about Eddys Auto parts, because there is nothing negative about Eddys auto parts, and there customer service and Satisfaction Guaranteed. In my experience and my opinion they dont get enough credit for the quality service they have given people over the years ,I have been dealing with Eddys. “The only thing that bothers me is that there is no option greater than 5 stars. These guys are the best. I brought my regular old 2014 Chevy impala in to have the horizontal surfaces painted because they were worn beyond belief and the gaps between panels were starting to rust. Not only did they paint those surfaces to perfection but they also buffed the rest of the surface just for good measure! I am not lying when I tell you the car looks brand new, and when I drove off, I bet I looked like I was driving a brand new Chevy impala off the lot in 2014. Definitely not the most exciting vehicle they have ever seen but they did an incredible job and made this excited costumers day. I am still grinning ear to ear looking at the car I love and its new paint job! Very satisfied. Would recommend.”
