Great experience today when I had to gather paperwork on account ownership for my business. They were very helpful and polite. Since my original branch closed, I'll be making this my new go to branch.

They don't pick up the phone here. I'm trying to find out if they have a notary and nobody picks up the phone. I can't go to the one in Monroe because theirs is out on maternity leave, but this place they won't pick up the phone at all then after the third time it goes through it sends you straight to your account which is not what I want, want to speak to a live Banker but it still send you to your account. why it's sending me to my account and tells me what my checking account balance is I have no clue.

This is the worst bank I've been too, I enter the bank and the teller having a deep personal conversation. Then I was asked if I need it help, I said: yes, I'dike to open an account, their respond was: Sorry, there are no bankers, we are short of stuff.

Terrible customer service. Called the branch 4x this morning and kept getting in endless loop then somehow got shot to corporate and the rudest rep we’ve ever spoken to who basically yelled at us for not calling the branch!?

No help whatsoever went in to notarize a title they sent me somewhere else to pay whats the point of even having them as a bank i guess to collect monthly fees will be switching banks soon

The ladies and gents working there are great people. They always are welcoming, helpful and work fast. My favorite branch that I visit by a mile. Other branches need to get training from these people.

Rude employees, won’t explain nothing to you, won’t let you take money out of your own account when the money is in your account. Once I get my money out of this crooked bank I’m leaving. Been banking with them for nearly 10 years now.Hands down the worst customer service.
