Put in quarters then the vacuum machine then it said it was out of order, barely any soap in the foam brush which made a mess of a pollen covered vehicle, tried calling the number on the machine to speak to someone only to have the call go unanswered, voicemail box was full so couldn't leave a message. Poorly managed, if managed at all. Frustrating to say the least and now we have to find another car wash to spend more money since we didn't get any of ours back.

I visited the car wash today and had a issue with the line sputtering, a nice man happened to be there performing maintenance and he quickly addressed the problem and added more time to my car wash free of charge, he was driving a truck with the name Moser on it, great customer service?

This place has really gone down hill. I came to wash my company vehicle and my van was actually dirtier after I left. The foam brush was filthy and it didn't even get soapy. I double checked to make sure it was on the right setting. I don't think the owners care but me and my 6 company vehicles will not be back, I will make sure to let everyone know to stay away from this place!

The touchless car wash is terrible. I paid for the deluxe wash and all I got was a quick rinse and some dirty (literally) soap sprayed over my car. The “turbo” dryers are a joke and were pointless considering the hoses were leaking water on top of my car while it was being dried. This touchless wash might be useful if you just want to get rid of some dirt but don’t count it to make your car look decent. I have attached a photo so you can see how dirty the soap was. This was right after the car was dried.Service: Auto detailing

They running a scam . Went to buy the towel paid the dollar and the towel never came out because of how they stock their other stuff . No attendant on duty , tried calling them now answer.

Wash one car wash stopped working halfway through the wash. At first I thought it was just pausing but after a few minutes I realized it stopped working. There is a number you can call that is posted inside car wash. I called it and tried to leave a message but their mailbox is full. This is poor customer service so will not be using again. I realize things break and understand but at least have your mailbox ready to take a message so I could get a refund or a code to get another wash since I couldn’t continue with mine.

This is a review strictly for the touchless wash at this location.The touchless wash is pure junk. Some of the nozzles don't spray water at all. If you get the higher dollar wash, it does an okay job but there are a couple of issues. The higher dollar wash mixes the wax and soap together. The issue is after your car is done being washed and is going through the drying process. The wax, water, and coatings are dripping from overhead as the dryer is going over your car and it's leaving a horrible wax residue over multiple spots on the car. The dryer stops in the front and you have to go underneath the annoying dripping from overhead. No way around it unfortunately since it's a cheap and a undermaintained wash. Quick wash barely uses any soap and won't rinse off completely. The dryers overhead sound dangerous as it sounds like it's pushing my roof inwards as it dries.I've gone here a few times only because it's on front of the neighborhood and convenient, but honestly it's a waste of money going here.

Machine stole my money. Called but i was to call back when I was in the area Mon thru Friday. The machines appear to not be maintained I would recommend that you can use At your own risk
