Jeff is recognized for being courteous, respectful, and very helpful with payment issues. The staff at the Indian Trail location consistently go above and beyond to ensure customers are helped, making in-person visits much better than phone interactions. Hannah is also commended for being sweet and knowledgeable, providing excellent assistance during walk-in appointments. Overall, Truist offers friendly, respectful, and attentive service that leaves customers satisfied.
