Both managers were absolutely professional and delightful to work with. They were so helpful and courteous and I particularly appreciated that because we are senior citizens and it is not easy to navigate in this very fast paced world anymore! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!!!

Made things quick and easy. Moving is already hard enough but Johnny and the guys in the office made it easy to get into a unit and access my things when need be.

Johnny was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable of all the size units and helps you to see a clear picture of what size unit you need. He follows up with you prior to being late on your payment so you don’t have to pay the late fee. When I upsized my units he made sure it was big enough so I would not have to continue to pay for 2 units. I recommend Secure Care because of the location, price and Johnny!

The manager Johnny was amazing to work with. He was very helpful and went above and beyond by helping me chose the right size unit (first time renter). He even helped out with lending me a dolly when I didn't have one. I highly recommend SecurCare Self Storage in Indian Trail
