Poor experience today regarding the car wash. After a $12.99 car wash purchase, it failed to complete the wash. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I spoke with two cashiers inside about a refund, after they called their manager the manager stated no refunds for failed car washes. The manager asked the cashiers to try to prove me wrong by having them run their cars through wash, they declined. After several attempts to be reimbursed, the manager refused to do anything. I explained this store stole my money and no one cared. I'd like to be contacted timely for reimbursement.

I love my Sam's Mart at Indian Trail. The cashiers are always chearful and willing to help in whatever you need. My 93-year old aunt loves their capuccinno. Thank you and keep it up. You make a great team.

The worst store that,I'll been before, my dad is 61 year old and he definitely apparently his age, he's try to buy a package of cigarettes for me because, I was putting gasoline on my car and they ask for his ID, my dad forgot his ID at home, I trying to buy it and they said the was 2 party purchase, my dad already left the store and I use my debit card that match with my ID, I'm 27 years old and still they don't let me got it, for me was definitely a racist act because we are Latin that rule doesn't make sense.
