2006 Ridgeline cruise control problem. Dropped vehicle off early Monday morning. Received call around 2. Cruise operating correctly. They scanned it and road tested. Said it was working fine. NO CHARGE

Honest people. Do not over charge. Do not try to sell you stuff that's not necessary. Do not try to scam you because you are a woman. Brought my business here when Indian Trail Honda lied and screwed me. Nice to know there are good honest people working on your car. Will never go anywhere else.

This place should have hundreds of 5 star reviews. They do great work, their pricing is reasonable and they are honest.... most importantly THEY CARE. I took my vehicle there they diagnosed major service was needed and strongly encouraged I have the manufacturer replace the motor. I took it to the dealer and Richards was right!! They didn't charge me because ... THEY CARE. I've been back for multiple other issues and they are the best around.

When my battery died while at a business next door I went to Richards on a lark. While they did not have batteries in stock, they quickly obtained what I needed, pushed the car around the back, and installed it. Quality service!
