The food was great but it took 30 minutes to get fast food and then the order wasn't complete. We had to go back to get the rest of our food.They were out of a lot of food .Everything there was unstocked and Unorganized. It seemed like the staff didn't really know what they were doing.And there was no real guidance of management there.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Lady in front of me placed an order of 5 combo meals and was told it was going to be a wait but then said “pull forward”. That’s when I waited another 20 minutes just for her to take my order. Do better! The worst.

I went through drive-thru and the young girl Dallas was very rude. She really needs to find a job that she don't wait on ppl. Her manager Alvin stepped and took control and he was amazing. Was gonna leave cuz Dallas was rude but Alvin cleared it all up

I came through earlier today and a crew member, Dallas was rude, but the manager on duty, Alvin was great! Alvin was very helpful and turned an unpleasant visit into a very pleasant visit! Because of Alvin, we will return to this location!

I sat at the drive thru for over 15 minutes waiting to order. There wasn’t anyone in front of me and only one car behind me. When she finally asked for my order, she proceeded to tell me they were out of tenders and only had spicy chicken. She didn’t offer to make more and never came back to give me any other option. Funny…this is the THIRD time I’ve tried to order from Popeye’s and they are OUT OF CHICKEN. Seriously? Your prices are a lot more than Bojanges (only 2 stores down) and they have chicken. How are you in business?

These kids in that place should not be running it. They about to do both the drive thru and the sine in at the same time instead of the apps which have viruses and bugs and will ruin that place when these Russians hackers mess up the grid. You need to just close that place since your kids don't know how to do old school work with out apps this place should be shut down for good bad employees and management.

Food is good. The service has gotten better. Today i was greeted with a lovely smile. The food was good too. Their blueberry pie is amazing!

Man oh man I ordered from this spot and I did get 12 wings plus the chicken sandwich. All I can say the food was straight ?. This is my second time that Popeyes came in the clutch for me. I wanted to say that chicken sandwich, it was made perfectly. The sauce was evenly spread, the chicken was fully tender and juicy and those pickles sheesh.Those wings are the highlight of my night, the wings I can say beats Wingstop. I know it's cooked differently but they were not cheap with smothering the wings with sauce. It was so crispy and juicy as well. I'm like shocked by this because I am here thinking dang Popeyes you stepped your game up. I am very very picky on wings and they did not disappoint. Please acknowledge Alvin and his team acknowledgment for their hard work. This is what you call fast food at it's highest level. Once again to the staff thank you for your hard work. Don't forget some people can be a holes but there are some people who appreciate your hard work and need to acknowledge it. So keep reminding yourselves that. Cheers

Understaffed. Why does Grub hub & on-line orders have preference over in person customers when the location doesn't have the staff? Someone should be scheduled just for on- line orders so the person that has been in line for 20 minutes can order. Maybe Popeyes need to pay their employees better to maintain a full staff. Change some policies where you will keep good employees and customers because your food is awesome but I'm not wasting an afternoon waiting for a chicken sandwich.

7/24 clean, polite, professional. It was close to closing, the manager made clear what she had left, and made offers of substitutions for items she didn't have the correct amount. All without attitude which made the 3 of us ( customers) very comfortable and accepting of any offers or explanations she gave. 5 star service.VERY very slow, it's clean, people polite, manager had 2 people working the drive up window, 6 people running for them. 8 of us waiting in the dinning area to order and could not no matter how hard we tried to get the manager to pay any attention to the customer at the counter. 45 mins for a sweet tea and 2 pc chicken.*UPDATE:* I assume it's under new management, I didn't ask, but I gave them another chance, and the place was clean, fast, and staff VERY courteous. Even with someone making a large order, they actually warned us before we ordered it will be a 15 min wait, they had me in and out in 10. Great Job on the service clean up, 3 stars up to a 5. They've earned it!!!!!*Next update* still clean, good service, I chose a different place for now, the pricing makes no sense. 11pc 2 sides 5 rolls $27.99, 12pc 2 sides 6 rolls $36.99, 1pc and 1 roll for $9? Still a good place, I'll be back when the economy gets better ?.

The food was great this time. They had to redo a family order I previously ordered that was unacceptable. But this time, I went around lunchtime. I also went inside to see the food before I could buy it. Today, everything was fresh and hot.
