One of the few local places who offer Medallion Signature Guarantee services— however, they refuse to do MSG for anyone who’s not an account holder. Refused to provide us service even though we were prepared to pay. Wouldn’t even offer advice on who else in IT may be able to help.

This bank is horrible and has no idea what customer service means. They have caused hours of phone calls, stress, and anxiety and still haven't helped with a simple request. Everyone should be very cautious of attempting to use this organization. Worst bank ever.

I recently came back to them now that they have branches closer to me. I thoroughly am enjoying my experience with them. I'm very impressed. They know my name and have been so kind.
