My husband and I have been a customer for over 20 yrs. We have our home and car insurance with them, and they have been there for us when we needed them for our home. But when it come to a situation where someone committed suicide and jumped from a bridge over the highway/interstate, I couldn't do anything but run over him. It messed up my car ,and I had to have Hazmat clean it up also. But because the body fell in front of my car instead of on it they put 3 points on my license, jacked up my insurance an extra 3 hundred dollars! The policeman didn't even charge me for anything, and I didn't even get a ticket. But now I have the points on my license. I called the head of the Insurance business and they said They didn't even think I should have gotten points. So now they told me to call them back to deal with it. I had believed the agents when they said they did all they could for me, (which was nothing), but now after talking to the other I'm not sure. Will do another review when I speak with the hire ups.

Was charged for something I asked specifically not to be charged for and was told that due to "backups with corporate" that I had to be charged against what I had asked. After getting it cleared up after several months of waiting I was finally able to escape find a more reliable company.

The worst company I have EVER had insurance with! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time going with these fools! Everyone that works for Farm Bureau is a complete idiot! I several policies with them and they managed to screw them all up! No one in the local office can help with any type of question either! Don't waste your hard earned money on this company!

I wrote a review before it was deleted I would like for anyone to know how bad I was treated . I was told to get insurance elsewhere because and error was on there part so they wants to blame me for it. I was ask by the John to just find insurance elsewhere if I am Not happy and i ask for a refund and he said we already provided a service so I said it want work like that and in my heart feeling disrespected because i gave you my business and they stick together even if you're right. They decided to cancel my collision so i would go elsewhere . I had to hunt insurance after being with this company for years it didn't mean anything because i had a conversation with one of the green pea managers in Raleigh it triggered down to John he join force with the wrong and it had nothing to do with him. He went on he say she say but that's business right. I will advise anyone stay away this insurance have certain customers they don't appreciate so if you're looking for honesty and great customer service this is not your place. This insurance company also was charging me 156 higher than anyone else and they suppose to be more competitive but certain people pays more. I know when cars get older your insurance suppose to go down my kept going up 30 years driving no accidents or tickets

No one ever followed up with me. I had to keep calling them multiple times over the course of 6 weeks to get my claim check. Finally, I had to personally go to their office in Indian Trail to pick it up, since they apparently are not competent enough to mail it to me.

Just letting every one kno this man mark rains is amazing !!! I am telling all I kno if you would only give him a chance you all will finally meet an honest insurance man who cares about you and your families future and so much more !!!!! Trust me I hate ins companies!!!!
