This is a back stabbing company. They promise you great things but in return they will dispose of you in a matter of time. They will over work you to benefit themselves. They don't care about you or your family or any other matters you have going on. Especially if you need to be out for a surgery. Your job is not a guarantee you are disposable. Before inquiring about working for Mutschler look for other jobs in the FEDEX drivers contract to work for.

Don't do it. I know and have worked with the owner of this company and his assistant. Not people I would want to deal with in a business or personal level. Don't do it!
