The way the online appointments allow scheduling 10 minutes apart, but each appointment is around 20-30 minutes was unexpected. I waited about 45 minutes after I checked in on time. It was worth the wait for me. The nurse practitioner was thorough and I received excellent care. I would highly recommend this clinic if you don’t mind the wait time between checking in and being seen.

They were very thorough with their sports physical for my daughter. The lady was very nice. We were able to get an appointment the same day luckily they had an availability.

We came here to get vaccines and complete paperwork to start school. Both nurse practitioners we saw, Mary Ann and Paul, were extremely helpful, professional, and caring. This minute clinic is clean and welcoming, and a great place to have simple health care matters taken care of.

don't even try to walk in. even if there is no one waiting but someone might show up to their upcoming appointment, they will not even try to squeeze you in.it might be great if you have a prescheduled appointment but if I had time to preschedule an appointment, I would go our primary care doctor...the convenience of minute clinics are that you can walk in. Guess not anymore.

We didn’t have an appointment but signed in for one at the kiosk right when they opened at 830. The kiosk gave us an 840 appointment time, but it timed out when we were inputting our HSA card. When we went back, no appointments were available. There was no one with an appointment currently waiting, but the gentleman told us that he “had no control over the kiosk and no appointments were available” so I couldn’t be seen. No one was there and you resolve our issue by saying “you have no control over the kiosk?” This should have been made right with the 840 appointment time that was originally scheduled on the kiosk before it timed out, especially since no patients were currently waiting and they had just opened.

Had a 12:50 appointment, it is now 1:10 and there are still 2 people in from my of me. In the 30 minutes I have sat here, as you are required to come in early, no one has come out of their appointment. One person had been here waiting for 2 hours and finally left. This is the second time this has happened to me here. Patient beware.

I had a great first experience here. Friendly and helpful intake, NP very sharp, knowledgeable and thorough. She found where I needed to go next and set up for me appointment same day.

Would give 0 stars if I could every time I tried to call to ask a question about an appointment I was out on hold and eventually hung up on, never spoke to anyone and couldn’t get a single person on the phone at any point before appointment

They are no help. I can’t believe a place like this even is in business. I can understand 2.2 rating. They are useless. People stay away from this place. Thank

Stacey Lee is the nurse practitioner overseeing Covid testing and she is the most god awful person I have ever encountered in the medical profession. I have sat for over an hour past my testing appointment with no communication, and when I did ask for some information she said “we’re having IT issues and I’m going to cancel a bunch of people. That’s your communication.” Not only am I sick, but I’m sick and being treated like garbage by the people who are supposed to be here to help me. The other two women have been incredibly kind and apparently Stacey’s nasty attitude isn’t reserved just for patients, but those working with her too.
