We drove 2.5hrs to buy a car that checked all my boxes. Got in it to test drive and something rubbed or stuttered turning left or right. Our sales associate was in the car with us. We didn’t even make it out of the parking lot and they knew we were coming to test drive it with the intention to buy it. :( Skip was wonderful but someone should have said something when we called them saying we were interested in it. There is no way no one knew the car was doing that.

My wife and I stopped to look at different vehicles. Jordan and Jerrick were so helpful. They went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone ask for them during your car buying experience.

Don't bother. Typical bait and switch tactics. If you see a car online, they don't honor that price. Even worse, I scheduled an appointment to see a specific car when I requested more info online. They didn't even know what car I wanted to look at when I got there. Come to find out they were just stalling because that car was sold. So they let me drive 40 minutes out of my way to an appointment when they knew the car I wanted to see wasn't available. But they figured hey, we've got him on the hook, let's see if he will look at another. This is the type of dealership that personifies the shady car dealer stereotype. Don't buy a car here.

Where do I start?… This review is all about Angel Ayaar. I been without a car for 1 year and 3 months. Recently, I bought an 2025 Honda Civic from Honda of Indian Trail, and Angel handled every thing and more while living up to her promise that it would walk out with a car. At the beginning of the process, everything wasn’t look too good for me and I kept telling my friend “let’s go because I can’t afford that”, I came for an 2018 Honda Accord and got what I really wanted a week prior, all thanks to Angel. I came all the way from Columbia, SC! I am a 24 year old woman, who has had a been to a dealership before and been scammed! This is experience was way better than my first! Angel took very good care of me and she was absolutely fantastic! She made a customer/friend for life! Thank you so much Angel!

Was shopping for a Honda Odyssey, they showed me a great used 2023. Started by trying to sell the “service package” before we looked at a single car. Price of the car was not posted. After waiting 20 minutes, they returned with a price point higher than a brand new Elite. Do not shop here.

The service advisor was very sweet, told me my oil change would be done within an hour. An hour later, I was told it would be another 20+ minutes as I was the next one up, maybe they should not schedule so many appointments that they are not able to accommodate. People have schedules and jobs and lives. And one of the other Service advisors was completely rude when I asked what that meant, looking at the board where my vehicle was listed. I live 10 minutes from this dealership and I will find someplace else to take my vehicle. I left there with no oil change!

If you need to buy a Honda, definitely go to Honda Indian Trail. Diego and Damian gave my wife a great deal. The best of 3 dealership s who I dealt with.
Go there and ask for Diego, they'll treat you right.

I have had plenty of car buying experiences and this was the worst.
The car when I tested it was covered I'm dirt and the test drive was super short(.50 mile at most).
Sitting with the salesman. I kept saying I would like to think about it overnight. They(salesman/sales manager)spent the entire time asking what it takes for me to go home tonight. I told them I didn't like being pressured and the continued on pressuring me.
I take the car home and the tires are loud. I call and they tell me to bring it back. When I get back, I request to take my trade in home and they wouldn't work with me. It only been 15 minutes.
After taking it home it rained in the back drivers side door.
When bringing it back to get the tires checked out. I also had an issue with it scraping coming off of bumps and off ramps. They either never found it or dismissed it. When I drove to my sister's wedding we went over a wrench strap and off went my splash guard. Making me late for my sister's wedding.
I ended up footing the bill for the part and getting it taken off.
When you buy a car it it should be worry free not heading back to the dealership weekly.
Lastly, watch out for the oil change package. I live in Charlotte 45 minutes away this does nothing for me but makes them more money.
Next time I will be smart and go back to Hendrick or Carmax.

I didn't know why Honda service center at Indian trail had bad reviews until I showed up to my service appointment. My air conditioning works a little bit, but not very well. I had the diagnostic done to see what was going on. They put in antifreeze, which I agreed to and it cost me 570 dollars. I had to go back one week later because my air conditioning still wasn't working. Once I went back, they told me everything is fine and they didn't believe me when I said it wasn't working. They refused to give me a refund and kicked me out. I am back at square one with my air conditioning and now I have to go to another service center and start all over again without a refund. Go anywhere else!

This dealership is not customer focused. They don't answer your phone calls or your e-mails. Instead, they send you canned responses that have nothing to do with your questions.

We noticed an issue with the front axle during our test drive. The dealership said that they resolved the issue. We made the purchase and shortly after the vehicle started to do the same thing and make the same sound. We took the vehicle to a mechanic and he informed us there were issues. We took it back to Honda to see if their techs would be honest and confirm the issue. They lied and said everything was fine and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. It has only been with us for two weeks. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership to give it back to them and they refused to even make an offer. They would touch the vehicle and told us to take it to CarMax or carvana. So they won't even buy it back later on. They knew something was wrong with the vehicle when they sold it. They lied about there inspection guarantee. I guess it's time to pursue other options. I would never recommend this dealership ship. They have been shady from the start and very manipulative. I've never had issues like this buying a vehicle anywhere else. The day we were in there we noticed another gentleman arguing with management over similar issues. I have many more issues with what occured during this process.
