The Koop, the chicken use to be good I'd come to eat it 2 to 3 times a week. Now it tastes dry and like it was reheated. Not juicy and fresh like it use to taste. Definitely slacking and wondering if the food standards are even to code now.

So you took out something good (Subway) that was run by good people and put in some crappy knockoff that is apparently run by people that want to stand in the back and talk? That makes perfect sense. Oh, and the sandwiches are mediocre.

Almost everytime I visit this store I have to wait to be served while cashiers either talk to each other or talk for a unusual length of time to one of their friends. .All you have working there are a bunch of kids who couldnt care less whether they give good service or not. Hire some responsible adults,why dont you. I for one will not shop there anymore. Like you really care anyway.
