This is a review for Dannie the pharmacy tech who was an absolute angel right before Christmas when I had my newborn with me (who I was trying to prevent from getting the flu) and two sick kiddos at home. My pediatrician’s office continued to be confused and not send all 3 scripts over after Walgreens was out of stock and Dannie was so understanding and patient whileI breastfed baby and made calls to understand what was going on. Thank you for your patience while this mom of three was stressed and trying to keep it together!

I prefer the one on Idlewild. Sometimes staff is nice at this one and another time a pharmacist barked at me that she was late for her lunch break and come back later. Yikes! It's hit or miss as to how they are.

The main lady that works here always seems angry and short with you. Does not make your experience enjoyable.

This particular Harris Teeter is a good one!!!! Each and every department is run well and it shows. Every store employee I run into was very nice and cordial.

Such wonderful, friendly customer service, the best I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. They make it easy to talk through any questions I might have, and with such kind, upbeat attitudes, I’d pay extra for my Rx’s just to deal with them. So grateful to have them close by.

The organize raspberries didn't last a day and I was only able to eat less than half of the container. The rest were spoiled. The following day I went to Food Lion and bought a container of raspberries, which cost less, and was able to eat almost all of the raspberries from the container.

What a dump this place is becoming. All these renovations and a complete breakdown in service. No one ever answers the phones. Associates blame others on problems rather than trying to help. Pizza bar lost our order after receiving notification. Cashiers are slow and lazy. Publix; when you coming

It really stinks that this store is so close to my house and the employees there are so horrible. I have had issues with the butcher who was extremely rude to me and didn't want to give me chicken (he wanted me to get it from the case.. Which it is cheaper by the pound at the counter!). Also the lady on the bakery was rude and inconsiderate when I was trying to plan a cake for my sons first and they refused to give me a smash cake because apparently you have to apply 2 weeks in advance. I was so angry I cancelled my cake and got one from publix with no problem! it's such a shame bc I really like HT but the employees at this location are absolutely horrible! Avoid if possible!!

Harris Teeter is extremely overpriced. Their produce department is quite bad considering their prices. I unfortunately have to go to HT because it appears they have a monopoly on some items. You have to use coupons & be a VIC member to get prices down to reasonable. As others have said the people in this location aren't as friendly as HT prides themselves. It's because of convenience that I go here.
