I had a very difficult A/C issue with my car and these guys persevered until the problem was fixed and even delivered the car to me this morning. It’s very difficult to find good people in this business. These are good people! Thank you!

I called on July 4th to see if they were open. Dennis McCarthy (service manager) answered and said, 'We are closing in 1/2 hr but if you can be here in the next 10 min, we can take care of you'. I got there, and they took care of me promptly.
Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location.

Busy place. Made an appt online for 12:30. Showed our out the door price as $29.88 after tax, including 29-pt inspection & free tire rotation. Arrived 45min early. Was told it was okay because they were 1st come, 1st serve, did not hold bays open for appts. After waiting over an hour, inquired about how much longer and was told they were busy, emergencies get put ahead of those waiting sometimes like at a doctor office, etc. At check-out, 2hr 45mins later, no tire rotation, unsure about any inspection & charged $31.81. Black finger/hand prints/smudges all over the dash, interior door panels & in both front cloth seats. They were nice people, comfy waiting area (but freezing cold) and still cheaper than all the other places. Undecided whether we'll return at this point.

I recently had all the tires on our food truck replaced at Goodyear in Sun Valley, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Shout out to Anthony Licifero &
Julie Plunkett, who took care of me! The team was incredibly helpful and quickly ordered the specific tires I needed. The service was impressively fast, and the staff was both polite and friendly throughout the process. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and even provided some valuable maintenance tips. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I highly recommend Goodyear in Sun Valley for their excellent customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail.

I stopped into this Goodyear location on a Friday afternoon directly after leaving a dealership where I was told that I should replace all four tires and have an alignment done. I was greeted warmly right away and my tire concern was noted with patience.
I was offered a complimentary alignment check and told that my tire concern could be addressed with no issues. Having been previously turned away from another tire center who did not want to deal with my situation I was quite relieved already.
My vehicle was then taken back right away and my tire was repaired with care. The wait was minimal and each of the 3 employees that I spoke with was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. My total cost to repair at this location was 10% of the quote from the dealership and I wasn't pressured into any unnecessary services.

By far THE best Goodyear around. Consistent and excellent customer service! There are closer Goodyear shops - I will go nowhere else than the Indian Trail Goodyear- well done Sam!!

I can't rave about this place enough!! The manager (Sam?) Is so friendly and cares so much about your time being there. He will offer assistance when things don't work out as planned. Also, they have free wifi, free drinks and so close to walking distance to movies, nail salon, restaurants!! Perfect to do while you wait for car repairs!!

I have gone here for many things and have always been pleased but this most recent incident they went above any beyond to help me get my car fixed and ready for when I had to work and my inspection done in time. So thankful for their hard work.
