My wife and I ordered a hot tub from Fun Outdoor Living. The moment we walked into the store, Ken was there to greet us and answer any questions we had! Lindsey handled the photos and scheduling flawlessly and Miles, Pyramus and Marcel handled our delivery. Our delivery guys were great, friendly, took feedback and handled the spa with great care. The entire process was super easy and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend Fun Outdoor Living to anyone in need of a spa!

Ken was a great representative and model salesman for the company. He came outside to greet me as I was checking out the outdoor kitchen on sale. His knowledge on the products for sale was sensational. From the smokeless burner, green eggs to the swim jets pools which were awsome btw. The coworker was nice and professional also.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to the installation of the hot tub, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dustin Jones was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that I choose a hot tub that perfectly fit my needs and preferences.
The installation crew was punctual, professional. Dustin took the time to explain the features and maintenance in detail, which I greatly appreciated. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team especially Dustin for his excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their home with a high-quality hot tub. This was a 5 star experience out of five.

This place is great!! Dustin is the absolute best! He is so knowledgeable and took the time to get to know us so we got the best hot tub for us. He is 100% honest and will not oversell you items you don’t need. He was extremely patient with us being new-time owners and all the questions we had. Dustin was kind and helpful in getting our new hot tub set up perfectly. ? I would definitely recommend purchasing from Fun Outdoor Living!

I am so excited about getting a hot tub. The kind I want is only available in two places in town. And I will not get it from here. Brent was mildly attentive and super hands off -which normally I’m ok with, let me look around that’s great. But he didn’t answer my questions related to longevity or pros/cons with any care or depth. I’m not sure if it was because I was in there with my wife (and my somewhat curious kid). But I won’t be spending $15k+ for that treatment.

The whole process was easy and pain free! Great customer service, delivery, and of course - the hot tub! We worked with Dustin the whole time and he was so patient. Our pool project continued to get delayed for almost a year (out of our hands) and he was so understanding. As soon as we finally became ready for the spa, it was delivered almost immediately. So happy with our purchase and would recommend to friends/family.

This team empowered to buy our Hot Springs Aria in January, meet with Gage early February re: patio, and Melissa's expertise enabled us to start the HOA process and have our patio / hot tub plan wait for us to move in March!
**Dustin J.-- Searching for top Hot Springs Dealers in NC led us to Fun Outdoor Living, but the why we became customers was from speaking/working with Dustin! Dustin's exemplary customer service, listening skills and knowledge are a gift to customers, and he quickly brought us up to speed about tub models in the Highlife Collection, new materials used (i.e., ceramic filters), the saltwater system, etc. While we decided between tub models, he waited in between our phone calls!
**Gage N.-- Truly has eyes for artistic design and combine this skill with Gage's exemplary knowledge about patio construction, NC laws/regulations/HOA, etc., and ability to understand what customers wants/needs/taste are equaled a paver patio we absolutely love! Gage even showed up the morning of installation because he's that committed to customers! Couldn't have done it without you and your great skills and taste-- thank you Gage!
**Melissa C. -- Is an invaluable asset to FOL and its' customers, and what gives sale projects a heartbeat! Melissa's efficiency, 100% as promised "follow-up", knowledge about HOA's, and her ability to email flawless documents (detailing information needed for project approval) quickly are unparalleled. Melissa is knowledgeable about all FOL products, services, and how things should flow and we are grateful for her contributions, guidance, and support!
