This is one of my preferred places to go shopping. The only drawback is the employees allowed to smoke right next to the entrance. The direction the wind blows towards the entrance doors. So due to laziness in employees to walk further away from the entrance we get to huff that second hand smoke. My wife has breathing issues with smoke and chemicals. Seems rude and uncaring for her to have to endure that in order to buy groceries. I wish this smoking by the entrance would change. It’s gross.

I usually don't shop at Food Lion, I used to back in the day when it was called Food Town. I believe they are a little pricey on the stuff, and it's nothing to write home about. I was in a bind, so I swung in, and I happened to be in a boxtruck, so the first thing is they are not trucker friendly, they had the NO trucks signs up but you don't see the signs until you pull in and at that time it's to late and you can't back out into traffic. So I just had to go with it. It was very tight, but I made it work. If I had been in an 18-wheeler, I'd been screwed. Anyway, I have to say one of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen in years. YEARS ! Anyway, I spent 25 bucks for lunch, and I was on my way. Not a good place for a boxtruck to pull in anywhere in that area to grab a bite to eat.

Hadn't been to this location in awhile. Expanded beer and wine section but means smaller cooler space. Very limited in the dairy section.. actually was hard to find store brands. Glad it's not my only option
