One of the few local places who offer Medallion Signature Guarantee services— however, they refuse to do MSG for anyone who’s not an account holder. Refused to provide us service even though we were prepared to pay. Wouldn’t even offer advice on who else in IT may be able to help.

I called the branch regarding a Medallion Signature Guarantee and was transferred to Jim Colucci, the branch manager. I left a message on his voicemail, and he called back within a few minutes. He was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the process. I want to thank him for making me feel like family. Great job!!

This bank gave me fake bills!!! This is not a joke. Please make sure they give you all new bills. How do I know the bills were fake because when I went to deposit the money at Bank of America the manager confiscated the fake notes and did not give them back to me so I lost $200 in fake bills. This happen in 2017 but I’m still mad so I reposted!

Do NOT open any type of account here. The reps will lie and mislead you that they are a "no fees bank." They will say they offer free transfers, withdraws etc. so you will feel safe moving money around or paying bills without incurring any fees. However, these are lies because they will charge you fees behind your back for the same transactions you informed were free. They will then refuse to waive the uninformed fee, they will literally take your money right out of your account without warning for normal activity you were informed was free of fees. The purposeful misrepresentation of fees for doing simple banking is absolutely unethical. They just lost a customer of almost 10 years. I will be taking my accounts elsewhere by the end of the week.

I have been with this bank for 8 years. Yesterday, I was treated like a stranger and told a hold would be placed on a check from a customer of mine. This has never occurred before in 8 years nor has it occurred with this customers checks, that have cleared for 8 years. The teller had an attitude and gave me a hard time, for what reason I do not know. After putting me in a bind, he says have a nice day as I leave. I have never experienced this before and will not tolerate this kind of treatment from anyone I do business with. Banks are a dime a dozen.
