I've had some issues in the past over the years, but every time I did the people at the Indian Trail branch came through and were able to help. It isn't the 5/3 Bank brand that I like about banking here, it's the people at my local branch. I appreciate them.

Just stopped by to open an account, everyone I met in the bank was very nice and Rob Waters (the branch manager) was very nice and professional during the process and answered all my questions as well as provided some valuable information.
