Bianca blew my mind with her customer service. I needed to print labels for my business. She was so patient and thorough, walking me through every step and taking care of the printing process for me. I left feeling beyond satisfied. She helped me make labels to make my products stand out and she did it all with a smile. I will gladly return and I will call to make sure Bianca is in! She is truly a shining star.

The low rating for this location is well deserved! I am forced to ship a box with Fedex because is a return, I recently moved and need to get a printer but I have to ship the box today. So I called to see if I can email the pre printed label to them and ship my box. I was told I have to pay $2.50. Really??? They are getting their money in the shipment but to charge to print their own label?? I am just speechless!!! And is not about the money, but come on, is not a third party, is Fedex. UPDATE: a FEDEX box: they charge $9.99!!! Is their OWN BOX.

Very Disappointed. visited the location on Oct 6th for my documents to be delivered the next day ( Oct 7th ). I paid 100$ as I had chosen the highest option. SO far, my envelope is not yet delivered . When I called the Fedex number, they told be my package was sent out on Friday and not on Thursday.

This location is inside Walmart. Leila is the person who usually helps me. She is really knowledgeable about her job and helps out tremendously. I sent mail to someone recently and she took care of me pretty quickly while being very friendly.

I didn't even know there was a FedEx in walmart Indian trail until this morning. The fax machine at UPS was broken but the woman there kindly sent me to fedex. I had a normal pleasant experience this morning when I went. Nothing spectacular or terrible happened, though the woman working there was very kind and helped me use the fax machine without complaint. In the evening I had to return and re-fax everything because the bank I faxed it to in the morning claimed the faxes were too dark. The women at FedEx the 2nd time I went in we again very kind and even though I'm sure I came off rude at first, due to being angry at the bank, they graciously helped me and calmed me down. They lightened the photocopies to be sent and helped me to resend them. The cherry on top was that they didn't charge me a dime though I was totally willing and ready to pay. I didn't even have a problem with them but they saw how frustrated I was and helped me out anyway. I wish I would have gotten their names. This is a great example of amazing customer service! Thanks guys!
