I had an awful experience trying to return two packages to Wafair. The associate made the correct labels for me and got the items in place for FedEx to pick up. He did it all with a very pleasant attitude and a smile.

The place is good and convenient, the attendant there needs an intense refresher course on Customer Service. While she helps, one doesn't feel welcome...almost as if bringing business was a bother.
