It seems rudeness from the staff is typical here from reading other reviews. Last night, I was threatened with violence by the manager of this establishment for not complying to an illegal search of my pockets. I refuse to do business with this location and will be reporting this occurrence to the appropriate authorities.I advise individuals looking for anything at a convenience store or gas station at night to simply drive past this place as if it doesnt exist. Apparently, your life may actually be in danger when attempting to purchase a red bull.For context, I am still a licensed Table Games Floor Manager for casinos, which isn't obtainable if you have the slightest indication of even petty theft of your record. I have no reason to lift anything from any store as i can afford to feed myself.This is one of the most disappointing reviews I have ever done, due to the aggressive nature that the manager expressed. Mind you, I gave no reason to even suggest that i was doing anything other than deciding which energy drink I wanted to buy, so I'm sure one can imagine how frustrating it was to be interrogated and threatened by a person who didnt even identify themselves as an employee, until I inquired if they were the manager.I sincerely hope that Exxon or whomever owns this location will be responsible and conducive to their own business and does something about this managers mistreatment of potential customers.If there was an option for zero stars, I would have rated as such.

This store needs to find some new employees and quick. I've been around here for 25+ years and obviously don't expect much from a convenient store/gas station, but this store has never been worse than it is now. The employees are clueless, unhelpful, and extremely rude. Shocked at how poorly ran, poorly managed, and inadequately supervised this store is

Use to be a good place to go. Most of the employees do their job great but one skinny small black guy was just standing in front of the counter talking to another employee which was working. He saw me walk up he was standing right beside me, so I'm just standing there waiting. He finally says let me help you. I walk out without getting anything I was so mad.

Last 3 weekly trips: first 2 trips the car wash not working. No signage either time. Had to go back to get money refunded. 3rd trip, the software on the gas pumps was not taking pay at the pumps. Again, no signage and had to go inside to find out what was going on.Will go elsewhere where customer satisfaction is a priority.

I purchased $15 gas and 2 cigars here for $18 and came out to pump the gas and tended to my kids briefly while it finished. After I hung up the pink I want literally 1 complex over to my Dr appointment that I sat at for an hour. As I was leaving I noticed my gas tank was on E still so thinking it was my sensor I went to another place up 2 minutes to the block and put $10 in and my gas lines showed it. After back to explain that I didn’t actually receive to gas but have proof of purchasing gas at both locations, the employees knew exactly what happened when mentioned. After the manager was called she had the nerve to tell me she couldn’t help me at first because I drove off.. 2 minutes away and then proceeded to blame it on my gas sensor like her emoployees didn’t acknowledge my gas went to another customer which I informed her another gas station worked perfectly fine. She begrudgingly told the cashier to credit me gas and then just grabbed money out the register and handed it to me. Very disappointed as a manager myself to see how customer complaints are handled.
