We visited this location today for medical reasons. We were very pleased with that area. However, the area going into the restroom was filthy, as was the restroom with no soap dispenser.

Made an appointment for a vaccine only to learn, once I arrived in the store, that they ran out of the vaccine the day before. They expected another shipment this afternoon and would call me when it came in. Since they couldn’t manage to call when they ran out of the vaccine, I believe I will take my business elsewhere.

Luckily you brought the pharmacy staff from Waxhaw-Indian Trail Road store. It's such a shame you closed a perfectly good store. But at least you brought on board Tammy, Samantha and all the other team. I know a lot of people ready to give up and switch pharmacies. But they are loyal to your staff...

I came around 8 PM on 10/6/2023. P.m. ask for a representative to take a passport picture she said one second after that she has assisted 5 to 6 people that came after me. I asked her if she has sent anyone over to help me with a passport picture she said it’s just two of them so she was assisting other customers as they come after me and not even trying to help me the other guy that was cleaning the register said it was just two of them and that their camera was lost. I was there in the line waiting to take a passport picture when there’s no camera available and she kept looking up to see if I’m still waiting there Even though I called today and asked if they do passport pictures and she said yes they do have it until 11 PM. The worst customer service there was not even excuses.

The drive thru line is a joke. There should be a time limit on cars at the window. If you have questions go inside.

Pharmacy combined with another local CVS store that recently closed. So I understand that it has been a difficult transition for the Pharmacy staff. I know they work hard. The pharmacist, Tammy, has always been top notch!!! Keep up the hard work Team.

This is the best pharmacy around! They are patient, kind and so helpful! I came in to get a prescription for my husband and everyone was so helpful in getting his medication filled! Thank you to team working on Thursday June 29th at 8:30pm!! You guys ROCK!!!!

Every time my physician orders meds it is an hour or more wait or they don't have the necessary medication. Today the person answering the pharmacy phone was rude. The bathrooms are disgraceful. How much does a new toilet seat Cost?

The manager, Michael or something, is absolutely rude. I watched him scream at an employee for a mistake that wasn't even hers. In front of customers and not in an appropriate setting, he emotionally abused this employee. He should be ashamed for his behavior and should know that corporate will be contacted.
