This is a well run business, owned by people who are just as big of car fanatics as the people that bring their vehicles here. They take meticulous care of your car. I got a ceramic coat service for my BMW M8. It looks incredible! Its rare to find a business these days that still takes great pride in their work. Charlotte Auto Spa is first class.

Very happy with my ceramic coating and tint job. Team did a great job and the turnaround and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I was shocked on how well the paint correction fixed all of the scratches on a deep black car. I’ll be back!

Incredible customer service. Similar to another post, I too do not write a lot of reviews but the service here has me typing. I stopped in for a quote, as my car needed some minor paint fixes. I was planning on selling the car and wanted to get some touch-ups before going to market. The rep was so knowledgeable and helpful, and most importantly selfless. After talking about the used car market, state of the vehicle and nature of what I was after, we agreed that the best financial decision for me was to proceed with selling as-is. Sounds innocuous and minor to most, but he very easily could have steered me in another direction. Truly appreciate the candor and guidance from this location, as they have the customer's best interest in mind.

We bought this S class Mercedes’ online. It’s a beautiful car, had minor scratches and swirl marks. Took my car to have paint correction and front clear wrap done. Danny and his crew did there magic and turned it into BLACK ICE, thank you guys.Services: Clay bar treatment
