Peter and the team at AutoBurn are exceptional. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable and their personalized service is always accompanied with a smile. I strongly recommend this team to anyone in the Charlotte area who needs repairs, service or maintenance, especially for a European automobile. These guys are great and I thank them.

I had the worst experience at this AutoBurn. First off, the sales staff were incredibly pushy and only seemed interested in making a sale, rather than helping me find the right car. They were very dismissive when I asked questions and constantly tried to upsell me on features I didn’t want or need.
The car I ended up purchasing turned out to have multiple issues right after I drove it off the lot. When I contacted the dealership, they were unresponsive and refused to take responsibility. Their so-called "warranty" turned out to be worthless.
To top it off, their customer service is atrocious. I was put on hold multiple times, transferred around, and no one seemed to care about my concerns. I’ll never do business here again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs!

The one time I can say that car buying was actually a pleasure. Staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The pricing was extremely reasonable and all of the maintenance had been handled on the vehicle (this was not the case at most other places). Everything about the experience there said that they cared about their work and image and not just about making a sale. Would gladly do business with them again.
