Went it twice to get a price on granite. No one acknowledged us. Poor customer service , do not sell just granite as it states on there sign, snooty, arrogant, really very rude not just to us but another customer inside.

Having worked with East Coast Granite and Chase for over 5 years, I have found that recently they have been slack around sticking to their schedule. Please trust they are still very quick to ask for a deposit...but when it comes to execution, they have missed multiple appointments, which has put me in a bind.Be careful and ask about their scheduling/availability to template and install before signing their contract.Not sure how much longer I will be working with them

I am so happy with the finished product of our remodeled kitchen! Janice offered great advice on picking out the perfect countertop to go with my color scheme. She was so fun to work with, kind and helpful. The installation team was great too! Efficient and professional. I am in love!!!!!

I'm only giving two stars because of the countertops. The cabinets would get zero stars if that was an option. I had granite countertops and white custom cabinets installed by East Coast in July 2021. Having my countertops installed went well and I'm satisfied. However, I would not recommend having cabinets installed by this company. Their cabinets choices are very limited in style and color and the product it self is not of good quality. The paint used on the cabinets is of cheap quality it chips and peels and is beginning to fade, it's only been just about two years. I've had to call several times before getting anyone to address my concerns. The staff they have now is rude and unprofessional. They cut you off, hang up in your face and rush you off the phone. East coast has terrible customer service. I spent 13k on my kitchen and I expect better customer service (they need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A). If you are expecting great or even good customer service look elsewhere because this is not the place for it. I am hoping my cabinet issues will be addressed quickly and with satisfaction.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience. First, East Coast Granite changed my layout without my knowledge after the final layout agreement (see pictures of the bar area). Then, during the back splash install, they trenched and damaged my newly refinished floors (see floor picture). They are not accepting any responsibility for the trenching of my floors despite my proof of refinishing date provided by the flooring company and time stamped pictures.Never sign their paperwork!!! Refuse to sign the post installation paperwork. It wasnt until after I swept up their dirt did i see the damage to my floor.

This place as been great! Nadya is very helpful in finding the best quality and price that we can get. Our new construction company has used them for years and have not been disappointed. We had the best experience with ECG! From the initial visit and getting paired with Stuart * to help answer all questions and give us the grand tour. The process was so easy. Great selection and countertops turned out even better than expectedwith a quick turnaround time after template was made. Highly recommended and would definitely be back for any countertops needs.

We recently bought an old house and decided to renovate the whole thing. Originally we were going to keep the cabinets but then decided to shop around. I ended up speaking with *********************** with ECG and he was very excited for us. He was able to meet with us right away. We brought some color samples with us and he took us directly to the most beautiful piece of stone. It was perfect. He worked with us on pricing and install. Recommended some things we never thought about. A few weeks later we asked him about cabinets and put us in contact with ****. **** was amazing. She put together a design that worked so great with the rest of the home. Our cabinets were ready within weeks, then the counters were installed. Everyone that we worked with at ECG was so helpful, pleasant and professional. They have a great team there will will most definitely recommend them to anyone. THank you ECG for helping us with our dream home.

We just had granite countertops installed and I have to say, the granite looks perfect in our kitchen. Janice was our salesperson, and she was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable, and patient with me as it took a few trips to pick the perfect stone for us. Customer service was excellent, granite was installed quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend this business!
