This location is a lovely surprise with very knowledgeable staff that went out of their way to educate me in a non pressured way. Fun to hear personal stories about birds in this area as it is all new to me from the North. They know the area and the birds that visit or live all seasons. As a birder with a complete (ha I thought I had) Wild Bird Unlimited set up, I will be back many times--so much more to enjoy.

Very poor customer service! I bought many things here birdseed, bird feeder, and other items. I had bird cake kit mold on it and this is the first time that has ever happened. The store does not want to do anything for me no discount no replacement nada.

They have the best Squirrel proof bird feeders. The birds love the local regional seeds.

Very rude staff. Would not let me use my birthday coupon because we typically shop at Concord location. We would have become customers at Huntersville, but not now. VERY rude, definitely Don't go to this location.

This is my favorite store! Angels work here! I fell over a month ago and hurt my knee, I was unable to clean my bird feeder...Phillip & Renee came to my house took down my very tall 7’ bird feeder located on a slope...They Cleaned it to perfection and filled it with food! This was a true act of kindness and I am so thankful for all that they did for me!

Love this store!
Buy bird seed that birds actually want. Selection is great and they have everything you need and more for making a bird sanctuary. Have been coming here for years and never disappointed.
