I stopped by to open a new account (5th one). I waited about 40mnts, only for the clerk to tell me that these other people who came in after me, already had an appointment. What a waste of time , would of been nice if he could of informed me sooner.

This branch needs more help. I understand about Covid concerns, but two tellers for the inside and the drive-through banking customers is not okay....
