Absolutely the worst Walmart I have ever been too. Employees were super rude. I waited to get my daughter some razors. I asked two employees for help opening the case. Both walked by igorned me. Other claimed to be off the clock which I watched her stocking shelves two aisles over. Two other works just cut in front of me down aisles one I said excuse me while trying to get by she gave me the dirtiness look. Definitely need to work on customer service.

It’s annoying that they have stuff locked up but it’s whatever. But having the formula that babies NEED and is NOT optional, locked up and then THEY LOST THE KEY TO THE FORMULA CASE makes me beyond pissed off.
They could have called a locksmith, get tools to break it open, or even break the glass. Better yet, why not have multiple keys/backup keys. WHAT IF MY CHILD WAS STARVING AND I NEEDED FORMULA!!!!

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this location.The slow service, particularly with online pickup, has been frustrating. Despite selecting a specific time for pickup, I often find myself waiting much longer (30min+) than expected.
In addition, there inventory is lacking and I've often received damaged product. One of the most troubling incidents was receiving a used Bluetooth speaker with scuffs and dents. Overall, my experiences with Walmart have been far from satisfactory, and I hope they address these issues promptly to improve their service quality.

Whoever the deli lady was today deserves a 0/5. I couldn’t even finish my order before she lets her coworker order. Both of them were arguing as well. I guess I’ll just go to Harris teeter from now on. Stay away!

Groceries were delivered to the wrong location. Order refunded, groceries re-ordered, and again the driver delivered them to the wrong location on the same day!

I have visited this store on several occasions and I have not found certain products for daily consumption. The refrigerated dairy area is not complete when I go and say THERE ARE SHORTAGES IN THAT AREA

Probably the worst Walmart in the area, have tried to make 2 returns in the past 6 months or so, each time I’m turned away and told they can’t do anything. I made a purchase 2 weeks ago just for them to say that the item was rung up wrong despite being able to pull up the purchase. Now how does that make sense? They make any excuse to not refund or exchange
