Wanted to share my great experience at this location today. Pam was very helpful to me today when I was trying to remember an item that I needed to pick up. She was very patient with me and even looked on her phone to help me find the name of what I was looking for. She went out of her way to make me feel important and to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you Ms Pam.

This pharmacy never answers the phone or you wait on hold for an hour only to get hung up on. Do not use this location for prescriptions.

First, I have to say the star rating does not apply to the retail side of the store. Every person I have dealt with on that side has always been great.
This rating applies specifically to and only for the pharmacy. As others have stated you have a better chance of winning the powerball than you do getting someone to answer the phone. If Walgreens tells you there is an issue with your prescription and you should call them - DONT. You’re wasting your time, energy, and phone battery if you try. NO ONE will EVER pick up the phone there. You’re better served going to the store to find out what the problem is. You will almost certainly have to wait in line in person as well, which is odd seeing as they obviously do not allocate any staff for the phones, so they should be available for the counter right?

I am very confused by the staff at this location. I went in to purchase over-the-counter allergy medication, and there was a sign stating it had to be purchased at the pharmacy. I stood in the pharmacy line for about 30 minutes. Waiting didn’t bother me. What confused me was that the pharmacy staff stated I had to buy it from the aisle. I went back and took a picture of the sign and stood back in line to show the pharmacy staff. Again, I was told they didn’t have it at the pharmacy. Okay, fine… I went and found a Walgreens associate, showed him the sign, and he asked me to hold on a second. A second turned into 20 minutes, and I just decided to leave altogether.

The worst Pharmacy service ever. 45 minutes on hold only to have them disconnect. No wonder telemedicine and home delivery is winning the battle.

as a type one diabetic who has used many pharmacy’s in the past, this pharmacy has got to be the worst one i’ve ever used. the wait times over the phone, in store and in the drive through is horrid. i also applied to work here 3 months ago after they were begging for help in the pharmacy and was told they chose better candidates. where are the better candidates????

Consistently horrible customer experience. It takes 45+ minutes to get a prescription, the staff is often curt and unhelpful, and if you call them, you’re just going to sit on hold until they hang up on you….

Don’t use this pharmacy unless you want to wait 45+ minutes to pick up a prescription, whether it be in store or the drive through. I don’t understand why they make customers wait so long. HIRE MORE STAFF. They have definitely lost all of my business after this happening MULTIPLE times.

Visited this location on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was greeted warmly by a young lady that was straightening the shelves. She assisted me in finding everything I needed that I was unable to find on my own. I want to say her name was Sam or Pam, I’m sorry I forget which. The store was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The young man that checked me out was very nice as well. I have seen the reviews of this location and hope that this is the beginning of good changes to come at this location.
