So sick and rude people. Standing behind a customer at the window for more than 5 minutes while the customer is arguing with the employee. When finally she moved her car it was 8h sharp. they closed the window without even looking at me. is this a Pharmacy!!! how someone can be rude that much when dealing with a patient picking a medicine. I was just on time and delayed obviously by a bad service. I cannot believe that this happened… what a shock.

Today I visited this place with my daughter. The elderly woman working at the cash register was very dismissive of my child, as she had small rashes on her face. She contorted her face and showed her disgust and did not even want to pick up the toy that My daughter had chosen for herself; putting on gloves, she touched the toy with disgust. I was shocked by this attitude!!!

The ignorant girl working in the pharmacy was incredably rude, and was speaking so load that everyone in line could her all about my medication. This location is poorly run and Walgreens as a corporation needs to clean this up. Be curtious and respect my privacy. I see why this location has so many terrible ratings.

the people at walgreens' pharmacy are racists and unhelpful. they tried to accuse my mom of stealing a 12 DOLLAR PRESCRIPTION of my antidepressants, when in reality they messed up and gave her the wrong meds. these people have nothing better to do than to make a scene and scream at a lady simply for gettinf her daughters medicine.

This store is hands down the funniest thing I ever seen on my timeline. The people I know are the most loyal people in the world. You know that you have a good heart. I hope that you’re having fun with the family today I hope you are well and that you’re doing good like the people at this location. They all seem to always be doing good. The kids are really enjoying their new friends. You guys should come visit.

The manager Jarrett at this location is incompetent and has quite a sassy attitude with customers.Walgreens should look into getting helpful and customer friendly staff at this location!

Bunch of clowns and liars work here. You will call them and they will tell you 30 mins, then you show up an hour later and they tel you two more hours. This is for a prepackaged prednisone pack only, literally have to throw it in the bag and scan it. This Walgreens is a detriment to the brand, and corporate needs to come in and liquidate the management at this location. The pharmacy associates need to be retrained or terminated if they are going to openly lie to customers and are unable to fill basic scripts within two days of ordering.

Always quick with pick up orders and helpful. Didn’t receive a printer receipt needed for a rebate and manager credited me with rewards points when he could not pull up a copy. Love the curbside option and how easy it makes my hectic day.

I knew there was a certain over-the-counter product, but could not remember the name of it.I went back to the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist and she just said there’s nothing like that and walked away. I found the product on Google and showed it to her and she looked at it and shrugged her shoulders and walked away and one of the pharmacy techs actually found it for me. One would think that if someone is in a professional capacity such as a pharmacist one would act the part. She acted like she could’ve cared less and couldn’t have been bothered. I prefer Walgreens over CVS but not the Walgreens on Gilead Road in Huntersville.
