Rude staffer at drive in window. Gave me wrong prescription twice and when I ordered another prescription she deliberately put in the wrong order that I picked up yesterday for my diabetes. Very unprofessional!

The worst ever... I tried 3 times to get my medication. They said it was there then out of stock twice. I spent over 3 hours trying to get my refil. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous...on phone at least 30 minutes. Then drive thru a good 30 to 40 minute wait.

The reviews are so true. Give yourself 30 minutes to pick up a prescription or get a vaccine shot. I don't know why they bother with appointment times. It's a joke. The pharmacy staff rotates non-stop. I only visit once per month, but I never see the same employee.

I was treated very rudely by staff at this pharmacy. They lacked knowledge regarding how to input my insurance information and would not let me explain, assuming that I had a certain kind of coverage that I do not have, evidently based on prejudice. I was inconvenienced by then having to seek services from another pharmacy which verified by insurance immediately. I don’t plan to ever return to this pharmacy and recommend for you to take this information into consideration.

I only go out of location convenience. The drive thru is always super slow. The last time I was there, the lady was sorting meds and continued for 5 minutes until she was done. My husband was yelled at the pharmacist who told him that "he didn't have to be a customer here". This was all in front of the manager and this was after the pharmacist moved him out of the way to service other customers behind him. We complained but with managers who allow such behavior, we didn't expect a response. I thought my experience was a one off but reading the other comments, it's definitely a reality. It's by far the worst business model I've seen in a very long time. I recommend that they close for a few days, reteach basic customer service, unconscious bias, and hire more staff. If they don't do this soon, they should really consider closing down altogether. They're doing more harm than good in the community.

I have to disagree about it being the worse. Go try the one at Chesire Place. This one is like a 5 star resort compared to that one. This one is very clean and well stocked. Everyone are so nice and accomadating. We have moved our entire families prescription to this one. Love it.

I’ve been going to this Pharmacy for about years and I’ve been having a great experience every time! The staff is polite and helpful! I’d like to give a shout out to Chloe Blount and Huda Patel for going above and beyond and diligently solving an issue I had. Thank you, I’m quite greatful! ?

This pharmacy is close to my home and I absolutely HATE coming here to pick up medication. The pharmacy line is ALWAYS long with only ONE cashier. Today, I waited 30 minutes in line to pick up a prescription. I guess I should be happy because the last time I was here I waited 40 minutes in line.

This Walgreens is super nice & clean; The wait time for pharmacy is understandable, I appreciate them for remaining open for us who need our prescriptions!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. Long wait times, slower than sloth workers, always holding unprofessional conversations with each other while they "work". Have you ever seen Zootopia with the scene from the DMV? Think that slow.... maybe slower.

At all cost avoid the drive thru pharmacy. Pathetically SLOW!!!! I have told my wife numerous times...move your prescriptions to Publix pharmacy!!!

I waited 20 minutes for my turn in pharmacy line. The hours are 9-9PM. I am in line at 6:05 PM They are open as evidenced by those getting prescriptions sent out in front of me. Finally my turn and the shade has been closed down! No sign, no warning, no sorry we have to take a break. So I'm sitting there another 10 minutes just waiting. How unprofessional, inconsiderate and inconvenient. I am definitely looking for another pharmacy other than this Walgreens 4625 Hylas Lane Huntersville NC on 8/8 at 6:05 PM
