Absolutely horrible experience…
I brought my dog in on Friday for urine leakage. After telling the technician that she had previously had surgery for ectopic ureter, that person apparently told the vet my dog had had some type of cosmetic surgery…so I had to explain it all over again to the vet once he came in.
He wanted to get a urine sample, but unfortunately my dog had already relieved herself on the way into the building. They gave me a urine sample kit, so I brought it back the next morning. They were scheduled to open at 8:00, but no one was there when I got there at about 8:15. I called the phone number and was told no one would be there until 9:00. Rather than stand around waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to come back home and return shortly after 9:00. I left the urine sample with the person at the front desk. I won’t even get into the $129 that I had then paid for absolutely nothing.
When I still hadn’t heard anything by Monday afternoon, I decided to give them a call. I was told that noone would be available for a while, so they would have to call me back. I received a call from a technician telling me that they hadn’t received analysis results back yet, but the technician said they could see bacteria under the microscope so they would go ahead and call in a prescription. I’m pretty sure the sample had not even been sent for analysis at that point.
A day later, I contacted Walmart to check the prescription status. No prescription had even been sent for my dog. So I called back to the vet’s office. The general customer service person told me that location would be closed until Friday! In the meantime, my dog has to suffer with a bladder infection???!!! She then called another location to see if they could assist with getting the prescription order sent in. I’m currently waiting…
Update: Someone did leave me a message to tell me they called in the prescription later the day I originally wrote this review. However, no one has reached out to me about this review or to even tell me the lab results.

I used to bring my dog here when she was little. So when someone reached out to me about a kitten they found treed in their yard after being tore up by their German Shepard I took her here, people bring me animals they find because I’m connected with local rescues. This place told me that she’d probably get put down and that there was no way I’d be able to afford the surgery she needed. THEY WANTED TO AMPUTATE HER BROKEN LEG. she was a kitten and badly beaten up. Thankfully there was a lady in the parking lot that found me sobbing, walking to my car and put me in contact with a rescue that offered to help so I kept her. She didn’t need any surgery at all. She is a fully functioning healthy sweet stripey girl. I wouldn’t recommend bringing animals here.

Don't bother with this place. They WERE super reasonable and an excellent value before the main Veterinarian left back in February. Keyword WERE. I've been coming here for years with my dog and actually had some teeth extracted previously for a very reasonable price. Fast forward to February - I took my 11 pound dog there for a rabies vaccine which was like $50 only 4 months ago. I also paid to have blood work done for an additional $90 in preparation for my dog's bi-annual dental. Well, I wound up never proceeding with the dental 4 months back because the vet was leaving to another location which is way too far. So I figured I would give them some time and come back once they have a new vet in place. Afterall, they have been very good over the years. Well, jump back to now. We scheduled an appointment for the dental consultation (keep in mind, 4 months ago I paid $90 for blood work and $50 for a rabies vaccine which was all I needed at that time to schedule the dental). There's now a $65 consultation fee. I figured okay, guess this is inflations so whatever. Again, I paid $50 before and got the rabies vaccine - no consultation fee). So we get there expecting $65 + $90 roughly for bloodwork... BOY WAS I SURPRISED. They want DOUBLE THAT.... $300.... just for a consultation and bloodwork that was just $90 less than 4 months ago. COME ON. Forget this place. Look elsewhere.

My dog went in with a broken leg. The vet confirmed it was broken and said he would sadate him set it and splint the leg. We had to ask for pain meds for him. We left but found out after he didn't sadate him or set the leg he just bandaged it and gave us the pain meds for him. We didnt get any directing as to him moving around or how we could care for him just go to a specalist which quoted us to $4,500 . That is not feasible on a fixed income. I am used to a vet that gives typed instuctions and what is wrong with him. Horrible communication. I would not take any pets here and will never return to them again.

Scheduled an appointment to get my dog checked and after an hour wait of not being seen, I had to cancel my appointment and leave. Doctor rushed out and said to feed him a bland diet for what he thought was an upset stomach but after symptoms got worse, I took my dog to the urgent vet hospital and turns out it was never an upset stomach and is actually IVDD and will eventually require surgery. After my dog being misdiagnosed during a 5 second "exam" I do not plan on bringing him back here.

I highly recommend vetco! I get such a great discount from using my vital care, and seeing Joanna is always a pleasure! She's so helpful and knowledgeable about my pet! Cisco loves coming in and is never nervous, and I feel like that speaks volumes for the care

Have been going here for almost 2 years and if you haven't signed up for the rewards program... do it! I have saved $ by using it so it is worth it for the vet visits for our fur babies!
