Jackie was an absolute gem! We were so jetlagged and tired, but she seamlessly saw us through the purchase of my new Samsung Zfold5. She was so knowledgeable and thorough, and even let us call her after hours when my new Sim card hadn't quite synced up yet! Outstanding customer service! Highly reccomend!

Richard was wonderful! He made replacing my phone so easy. He let me know options without offering so much that it was overwhelming.Mostly I was grateful that he was chatting not salesy while we were waiting for my phone to update. It was great to chat with someone who didn’t act like a used car salesman. I’ve never had such an easy phone update.

My girlfriend came home in literal TEARS from the way she was treated by a woman at this location today. She was so disrespectful and made her feel like everything she asked was stupid. She came home literally sobbing from the way she was treated here today. If I knew this woman's name I would be calling and speaking with her myself. It is absolutely ridiculous someone would be treated this way. HORRIBLE.

Made an appointment so it was quick to be seen by a representative. Knew what we wanted l. We were not pressured into buying anything we didn't need or want or pressured to change plans etc. Everyone is always super helpful here

Highly recommend this location. I've been in their store two different days this week and had a good experience with the representatives both visits. A manager, Mike, helped me with a long and frustrating issue with customer service on the phone and advocated for me as a customer. I felt comfortable taking his recommendations and I'm very grateful for his assistance resolving the issue.

Though when folk at the office are available they do help best they can, the office is grossly understaffed. But that's not the worst part. Phone service is entirely unreliable. Calling my spouse from our house here in H'ville, the call is guaranteed to fade out into mechanical noise, then drop entirely and disconnect. This is not the service we pay good money for, so do not suggest we purchase extra equipment; provide any such equipment as part of our regular payment for phone service, period. David Murray

Awful customer service. We walked in everyone was busy with other customers which is understandable. However, no one approached us after being there 15 minutes. Other people walked in and they were approached right away. I had to speak up to ask if we could get signed in.
