I just relocated and I am Very, Very disappointed with the service. NEVER EVER go here awful pedicure and my nails there are no words for the awful job that was done, definitely not worth the money I spent, makes sense why they were empty when I went in they have no idea what they are doing here. This is not what I am use to.

I’ve never been so disappointed in a service or lack of. Not one of my nails is the same shape or same length, nails are crooked and bumpy. I honestly don’t know what this shape he was trying to achieve was but they are so Narrow and have huge dips near my nail beds! I wish I had time to go back and get them done before my surgery tomorrow but looks like I just wasted $50! Do not go here as this should have never happened bc they weren’t busy as I was the only one in there, just lack of knowledge on how to do nails or just being lazy and not caring!

Just had pedicure with Thuy at V H Nails in Northcross Shopping Center. She is very professional, following all cleaning protocols, very personable and was the best pedicure I have ever had! Highly recommend!

I did a full acrylic get set and the girl who did my nails did so good! they looked so pretty in the end and i think they've really improved way better then these past reviews :). I 10/10 recommend!

This nail place is the worse. Within 24 hours my SNS nails cracked and top coat peeled. I came back within two days. I asked that they just add more dip to them and a top coat. I sat while they did it and I knew they were not dry. The gentleman then put fast dry on them and then they started to shrivel up and look like raisins. I Immediately walked back in to have them remove the top coat. I asked for them to simple remove the top coat and refund my money. They have held me here for 40 mins trying to redo the top coat and not refund my money. They refuse to refund and continue to argue that they did nothing wrong. Never will I ever come back here!!!!!!!

Just be patient. Small businesses don’t have a huge staff but you can’t bear the quality of services

The nail technician, Twee, paid extra attention to detail. She even pointed damage done to my nails by another nail salon and discussed how I can fix it to have healthier nails. Not sure that I’ll trust anyone but her for a while. Only negatives…. No drinks offered and no music or TV playing so be prepared with some headphones. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I’ll be back!
