It's obvious why the reviews are almost all 1 star. They don't care and are proud of giving you a bad time. One of the guys was even throwing packages, right in front of me.
Edit: Said they "couldn't find my package" yesterday, but today when I asked someone else they magically found it. The woman from yesterday was grinning ear to ear pleased with herself. Must be because I'm a white man.

I see all the negative reviews on here but I thought they were very nice. I worked with Charlie the supervisor today and she was AWESOME!!!! She really helped me today get a package for me that I needed to refuse due to I never made this purchase, she even allowed me to hang out and wait (which wasnt long at all) to get me the package. She was really helpful and I really appreciated her with this help. I dont always write reviews but she deserves a shout out and a big THANK YOU!!

The person behind the counter name was Charles. He was very condescending towards me and not helpful at all, please train your customer service staff to have common courtesy.

They have one person operating a register there’s others walking around and a line from the desk to the door. At 2 in the afternoon like clear out the line ppl have places to be. Then the black guy here today is moving like molasses and careless. 8/1/24!

Over a 3 year period I have had the opportunity to use the service in this post office. The service was the best that I’ve ever had st any post office. The staff worked together and made every effort to provide the best possible service. I will continue to use this post office and recommend it to anyone.?

Omar was so pleasant, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with my package. It was so refreshing to receive such good customer service. Thank you.

Dropped off package for shipment and stamps. Remembered that the post office has a ton of rubber bands. I have been looking a long one for my daughters toy that broke. I had it in my pocket because I was just about to go to Staples to go look for one. I asked the guy in the front if he had one half expecting him to say no, instead he went in the back for like three minutes and came back with 5 of them. I didn’t catch the guys name but he had a silver cross around his neck. If you had more guys like this running the post office it wouldn’t feel like going to the DMV, and you would put UPS and Fed Ex out of business.

The Supervisor who was on duty May 1st was amazing. My package showed delivered and signed for possibly to the wrong address and she was able to organize getting it back to me within hours which they did. Very polite staff working in the office.

I had to place a money order and I had never done so before. There is always a bit of a wait at this post office but that is to be expected. The woman who helped me was very kind and personable, explained everything clearly and helped walk me through the process. The staff know that the process for things can be tedious but have been extremely kind and patient explaining things thoroughly! Thank you USPS Huntersville!!

This post office has not grown with the city. It is at least 30 years behind in service, size, efficiency and security of mail.
We have lost so so many things with this post office . And they are terrible about updating tracking for items in their possession whether receiving or sending
WARNING; The drop boxes outside and the drop slot inside are a toss up if your package is secured and processed

The men and women who work here are extremely nice and sincere, but my packages get consistently lost. I have shipped over 200 packs so far and around 10 have been misplaced or just a shipping label is delivered.

Horrible post office. Lost my package that cost $120. I have no recourse because it shows delivered. Ridiculous pathetic service on top of it. If you have a package that is too big to fit in your mailbox they tell you to go to a door to wait. They ring the bell for you, but no one ever comes. You have tons of repeatedly go back and ask them to ring the doorbell. I will not be renewing my box here. Total trash service.
