“Highly impressed with Danny and the Team at 704 Exotics. While we were unable to finalize a deal by phone, I really appreciated the updates to a newly acquired vehicle they initially didn't have eyes on. As soon as they received it, Danny sent an update, along with a walk around video. Danny was also totally upfront on agreeing with a minor concern (the vehicle was wrapped - with a minor blemish to the wrap - but it was also hideous in my opinion). Their plan was to remove the wrap anyway. After the wrap removal, Danny was able to confirm that the minor blemish we noted was not a concern, then shared that they found another small blemish that we didn't initially notice - not to worry though, they were having it addressed.
Regrettably, we weren't able to agree on trade values (it happens, part of the daily grind, no harm, no foul). As a result, we couldn't proceed. They were super professional about it though, so you can't really get frustrated. They are a business, and they know what they can do in their market to remain fair. I was much more impressed at the time we saved before commuting to the dealership in person, then find out that we couldn't agree, just to drive back home without sealing a deal wasting several hours to do so. Again - couldn't be happier with a dealer experience - and will continue to keep them in mind if the right deal comes along.”

My appointment was scheduled and as time went on, I got my schedule mixed up and came in the day before my appointment. They were accommodating and allowed me to drop off the car even though my appointment wasn't for the next day. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. Will continue to be a Ford customer because of this!”
