The service dept here ordered the wrong part 3 separate times all while refusing to give me a rental car while my car was in for a recall. It was embarrassingly bad, if u have to have ur car serviced at the dealership go to hendrick toyota in concord much better service. never go here

Zero Stars. Buying a car is pretty easy but these guys made it the worst experience I've ever had. Randy is terrible and if he tries to sell you a car walk away.
