“Luvvvv the staff , the service!! I used to come here EVERY SINGLE Friday & spend at least $80-$100...but now I have to order online due to the Esco Bar vape selection drastically changing. I only smoke the Ice-Flavors like "Black Dragon Ice " & "KiwiBerry Ice" and sadly, they don't keep them in stock anymore (only nasty Ice-flavors like banana?) lol... Now I have to order elsewhere online.I still stop by this shop once in a whole between my shipments & they have the friendliest service ever!!”

“Chapel Village shop is the coolest and most convenient tobacco shop I have been to in CLT. The staff is truly knowledgeable of all products and any product you will need will be available. The store is very clean and very organized to the point where everything is easy to locate. I am a big fan of incenses and they have a vast collection. The manager did very well with hiring as Melody and the other crew are the best. Highly recommended !!!!!”

“Very helpful staff when needing a good cigar. Not a huge selection though. And sometimes they are short-staffed and the person working the cigar bar doesn’t know much about cigars. It can be challenging to pick out a good strong cigar. But love the atmosphere! P.S. I really miss the outdoor patio on warm nights”

By the time I arrived, several employees from the store had come outside and gone above and beyond in helping her to get her car back in working order to make it home. “For the most part they always have what I want. Except the Bambi rolling papers but that's because they make sure they DON'T order anything that is fake. Yep rolling papers can be counterfeited it. But they make sure not to purchase those. So overall because they look out for their consumer. I definitely fuxk with them ???”

“I started coming to this location almost 2 months now and from the start I’ve always been embraced with love from all employees especially Tati, Shane and Kj. They’re normally the ones I see most and each on of them help me with knowledge on what products are best. More importantly, they’ve managed to treat me as a person and not just a customer. Tati was one of the first to greet me and help me with my needs, She’s always working hard and show so much kindness and gratitude. Shane as Kj are AWESOME; both guys are always embracive and very effective with making sure my needs and even the customers that show when I come in they are quick and always balance to not just treat us as customers but human beings. These three employees are the true LIFE in “High life””
