I hate this location. They need a night crew, because it has turned into a Dollar Tree with boxes and workers blocking every aisle all hours of the day. Yet somehow they have empty shelves for everything I want and can easily get at Food Lion. You cannot look at anything without being hovered around. Awful place, anxiety fuel.

The drive up experience at this target is horrendous. Plan to wait at least 30 minutes to get your stuff while you watch the workers come out holding one item at a time and bringing it to a car rather than filling a cart with multiple orders at a time to make things go faster. Or they come out with half empty carts even though there are 10+ cars waiting on their stuff. The northlake location is MUCH faster

Do NOT go to this Huntersville Target . Go to any other Target but not this one. They do not answer the phone, NO department answers the phone. I repeat. And definitely do not place a pick up order from this Huntersville store

When giving back value to shareholders goes to far you end up with 60 customers in line for 1 cashier and a couple of self-checkouts. Great job signaling the decline of Target. I hope your investors realize this mismanagement and fire your entire C suite because this is a violation of the fiduciary responsibilities of your management team to have such poor operations.

This store NEVER restocks their products. I see the same toys and video games and empty spots every single visit.
The online store cart runners will RUN YOU OVER and not even apologize. They act so rude like I'm in their way..then Mens apparel section is a joke because it's all crammed together in the back corner of the store.

I had a drive up order for a not so "mini" mini-fridge. I arrived to pick it up and it was way too big to fit in our car. The two girls working the drive up department were so nice when I asked if I could come back the next day with a different vehicle. When I came back the next day the same two girls were working again and we were very helpful!

Bad attitudes from employees everytime I come in here, you are always an inconvenience for shopping inside the store when they want to block half the aisles “restocking”. Final straw today waiting in line for 30 minutes for an online order pickup, absolutely ridiculous and defeats the entire point. I could have shopped in store faster

Target is addictive but so much fun shopping there. My cashier had a surprise visit from her daughter wishing her a Happy Valentine's Day. Love is love. My purpose was to check out their Black History Month displays. They do a good job in my opinion of showcasing our global neighbors with unique items not found anywhere else. Custoner service is good. Cashiers are helpful and might just walk you to the item location you saw online. Prices are comparable and have good value. It's always nice to visit, clean aisles, and endcap items, pulling you closer. Be back soon

I love Target. Always have. It is my favorite store. My last visit was to make a return and that went smoothly as always. I admit the "upgrading" is nice but takes some getting used to. I will miss the popcorn and Pizza Hut breadsticks!

I’m so glad the drive up service is free because if I had to pay for them to leave an item out of my order almost every time I order at this location, it would not be pretty!!
